I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, the guy there is completely rude and disrespectful, he will not answer basic questions without being ignorant , he will tell you to do your own research before buying from him, he's there only for sales he don't really care if you want to know about different solar panels or gain some personal knowledge on the equipment he carries before purchasing. I asked him where his store was located or if they had multiple locations because I wanted to come and see what they had in stock to purchase, he was nice enough to tell me that his store is located on planet

Their customer service is meh at best....I paid them to design my system. Their first design had 2x the panels to that would physically fit on my roof. The 2nd redesign put 2 of my panels 9 inches from my chimney, which would've shaded them all day. The 3rd design worked, but they sold me 5 extra 14 foot long rails that weren't needed.
I called one day when I had a question about installation and their response to me was it should be self explanatory.
Really regretting going with this company, they had the best deals and best selection but their employees need some training on customer support

Great customer service -- perfect support for the DIYer who is competent but does not have solar expertise. Extremely competitive price allowed me to build a 15.3kW system at an 80% discount due to sourcing competitive products and my own sweat equity. Their planning service sailed through county permitting and the project was a breeze!

When I went to purchase a system to self install (yes, I got a permit and had all inspections done), these guys came up as the most cost competitive option. All I can say is they are legitimate. Everything arrived on time, as promised, and after sale follow up for misc additional parts was a non issue. I highly recommend!!

I purchased a 6.2 kWp grid tied system from FreeCleanSolar in early 2016 and initialized it on June 20, 2016. They were very helpful with choosing the components of the solar system and provided me with professional site plans to submit to Rocky Mountain Power Co. for approval. I have system monitoring via my Solar Edge's inverter dashboard service. As of this date, in late September of 2018, the system has generated 24.43 MWh. I live at 7200 ft elevation in a cold dry climate. Except for a couple months in the dead of winter, when I am running an electric stock tank heater in addition to the usual

Rich is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of solar. He designs the system and helps with installation issues as well. It takes a bit more work on the owner's part than just calling a one-stop shop that designs and installs, but it saved me $15,000 on a 12.8KW system, so I felt it was worth the bit of extra involvement.
