Daikin VRV LIFE systems are the industry's first VRV Heat Pump with gas furnace connectivity for residential applications that provide energy efficiency. The new VRV LIFE systems offer solutions to some of the traditional HVAC and indoor air challenges for single-family applications. Daikin VRV LIFE systems provide effective zoning indoor air solutions by offering the flexibility to connect up to 91 refrigerant zones to a single system.
One of Daikin's advantages is that they produce both ducted and ductless heating and air systems. For homeowners in North America, this means that Daikin can provide solutions for individual room needs, as well as whole house solutions. This company is absolutely the WORST!!! This company was the one chosen by our home warranty company. No show for over 7 times. 703-447-8046, no one answer or voice mail full. When being asked why no show, the company made up lies saying I didn't confirm the appointment time, or I didn't answer a phone call or no one home.
Day 1 - Requested to have an AC service, an appointment was scheduled 6 days later
Day 6 - Appointment being rescheduled to the second day right before the appointment time.
Day 7 - No show, no emails, no phone calls. I tried to call Mid Atlantic customer service

Our experience with Lynn and Mark at Mid Atlantic Heating and Air was fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. As first time customers calling with no heat before an impending snowstorm, my husband and I were shocked that not only were they able to fit us right into their schedule, but they did not charge an arm and a leg.
