I’m so happy I went with this place to buy my new car! David was the absolute greatest and extremely helpful! He did everything to make sure I left happy and with exactly what I wanted! I originally bought a car from a woman who bought a car and owned it for 3 months from drive hubler. the car was sold to her being told that the car had a “faulty oil pressure sensor”. turned out to be a rear crank seal leak, there’s also a coolant leak, and a pcv/evap/air leak. really hope no one else is getting scammed out of $5,000+ in leaks and labor like the lady and i were. service records show the car being diagnosed with the “faulty sensor”.

Anything I wanted or needed assistance with, this man made it happen. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted properly. I left with a nice car as a happy customer. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Eli was our sales rep and he was unprofessional, unknowledgable, unorganized, and dishonest. There was a constant lack of communication on his part and also on the financing people. Nobody at the dealership could get on the same page. After two days and several phone calls we decided to take our business to Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon who got us into a car within a couple hours.

Stay away from it this place I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade that has had nothing but problems since the test drive so they pushed me through to try to beat the Lemon Law even their Car Quest center covered for the dealership I have been driving a vehicle for 30 days that cost me $20,000 and shimmies that all different speeds they don't honor nothing and these are all auction cars bought from Adesa and other dealerships worst mistake I've ever made in my life now I'm stuck with it. This place is a joke. Husband found several vehicles on their website that fit our needs/wants and budget. So we went in and they run our credit and all that and husband starts showing the salesman the cars online he was interested in. First two he showed him-one was being driven by an associate and one had transmission issues. Why are they even posted?? So salesman pulls a car around for us to test drive that he says fits budget and wants. Ok. Only the driver door lock works from the controls on keys or interior controls!! We had to manually unlock the back doors and passenger door. Big red flag

If I could give a negative I've would. Buying and trade process with the salesman was great. However everything after that had been a hassle. To start they lost the POA paperwork to file for my title on the paid off car. Fast forward 6 weeks still don't have paperwork to register the vehicle purchased from them. They still to this point have not paid off the loan on the vehicle I no longer possess and currently still have to make payments on. Since this process I've traded in my truck at a competitor. Loan was paid off within 2 days after the transaction. Plate paperwork was done within a week
