Ray from leakseall repaired our roof 2 years ago. There have been a few leaks that popped up with all the rain but he's been on top of it and will respond typically in a day or two to get out there and repair any issues. I definitely appreciate his work.

Gave us a bid...Price was great...Came when they said they would....Did a great job....Very happy with the work they did....We paid half down as requested in an E-mail and paid the second half after they were done....Then two months later out of the blue we got an invoice that stated we owed another $330.00 in additional sales tax....The signature on the additional invoice was signed Vikki Wayne and said the balance was being turned over to collections...We are livid.....We paid in full everything they sent us and will send them the additional $330.00.....We had no idea we owed them any more money

Communication with Reese in the front office was always pleasant and positive. The installers were professional and work appears great. The issue came when I received a call from Vicki in Billing. She is fully aware that many of her emails end up in spam folders (where we found ours). We had called prior to ask when we'd receive our bill. We were told "Vicki will send it out". We were getting ready to call back when I got a call from her today. To make a long story short - I ended the call with her abruptly due to her rude, insulting tone. Truly pleased! Total professionalism. A quality product with a for a great for value. The roof had a double layer of shingles and a leaking chimney. Flashing and sealer were applied to the chimney. Also added more flashing and sealer around the chimney after the new shingles were on. Clean up done every day. Not one plant was damaged. The roofers did an awesome job! Thank you!

When it comes to replacing a roof, I can not recommend anyone better to do the job than Leak Seal roofing. Professional, thorough, and good customer service. The quality of our roof is superior. When damage was found on our roof, they replaced it and were extremely thorough to tear off and replace all rotted atreas. The team arrived on schedule and on time, the job was completed on time and cleaned up before they left. I would call them back and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you!

Leak Seal Roofing did a fantastic job at re-roofing our home. They removed our old brick chimney, added new flashing, and put in new vents as well. Paul was the main point of contact, and he is very easy to work with, very knowledgeable & honest and has your best interest at heart. Paul drove out to my location and on my time. I called and was called back then given a window in which someone was going to come and look at my roof. After the allotted time had passed. I called to inquire whether or not I had wasted my time waiting. Turns out I did, and I was the one calling to find out no one was coming. Although someone did offer to come AFTER I had called; it did not remedy the poor customer service.

We worked with Rich at Leak Seal, and they did a fantastic job! They were very quick to follow through with any questions or concerns that we had. My only complaint is that they left our property a bit messy, but I'm still giving them 5 stars, as they came out right away and followed through with cleaning up and repairing damage. I highly recommend this company, our roof looks great.

Rich from Leak Seal was great to work with. I reached out to four different roofing companies and Leak Seal was the only place to follow through with everything we needed. Our new roof turned out amazing! I would have given them five stars but they left my property messy and did not clean up as well as expected. Other than that, I would recommend these guys all day.

We had many roof quotes on one of our commercial flat roof properties last year, and leak seal came in with a competitive price, great customer service, and a great 10 year warranty. They can also reseal the roof again in the future with less product and an even more competitive price. I'd heard to be weary of roof coating systems such as silicone, and some other products. But after a quick search online fiberglass and asphalt emulsion is a 20 year product. What was nice was meeting the owner Ray at the job site the day the work was done. We haven't had any water issues yet the next year

This company is by far one of the best contractors I've used. Everyone was very professional. They showed up when they said they would. The crew was friendly and polite. We had a few issues because of the high winds that were present during install, but they went above and beyond to make sure they were corrected in a timely manner. Their communication was top notch as well. Thank you to everyone involved. We are very pleased with our new roof.

I would give zero if I could. And you can look at my other reviews on here, and understand, that I hardly ever give a bad review of anybody. Long story short, I just kicked two guys off my property and felt very creeped out while they were here. They were here to give a bid, and immediately wanted to tear into my roof and skylight before even talking about it. The boss who booked the appointment acted like they were doing ME a favor in the first place. I had to actually go up on the roof to get them to NOT tear into my shingles. In my opinion, they weren't happy, simply bidding the project. I feel

My original experience with Ray was positive and the work was done to my satisfaction, and reasonably priced. Recently I had the original problem resurface and I had leaking in the rear area of my home. I called Ray and he was so nice and understanding bringing out supplies and reroofing the area with the problem. I am leak free and grateful to the men who came and completed the repair. I recently had my house appraised and the appraiser said my roof was on the end of its life. I called Paul and he came out and inspected my roof. He was so honest and helpful and didn't try to scam me with a new roof. I just needed to clean off the moss and seal up a couple shingles and it would last at least another year or two. Worst experience ever. After waiting a month and a half with 4 separate occasions where they said they we're coming out to fix the roof and never did, we gave up! Even talked to the owner who failed to come out today, new years Eve. We are beyond disappointed. To top it all off Carla their receptionist, is the rudest. She has no custimer service skills. Even hung up on me when i asked when we were scheduled to have our roof repaired. She says she doesnt know their schedules and has her own frustrations with the company.

The roof on my house needed to be replaced completely. The previous owners had already patched too many times. Paul did the bid and was great and informative and not too pitchy (I HATE when they're skeezy salesmen). Everything went exactly how he said the process would go. The work crew was efficient and wasted no time and did a great job cleaning up. It was a crew of 3 guys and it took them two days from start to finish. I know some crews can do it in a day but those crews usually have at least five guys and five trucks hanging out at your house and taking up your street for ten hours straight

These are great people and they do an excellent job.
I hired Leak Seal to do a metal roof an a floating home. They were very professional and did a beautiful job on a difficult project. They took as many trips as was necessary and ordered extra parts and even worked on a Sunday in order to get the job done in a timely manner.
I would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
