When Centennial Home Improvements Inc. started business in 1995, we originally planned on offering homeowners services in all exterior home improvements. After two years we realized, that in order to better serve our customers, we should focus on one trade rather than diversify. We didn't change our name, but we were now a Denver window company.
If you are planning on replacing your windows in Denver Colorado it may seem like a very confusing process. Many people are more confused after they have had several replacement window estimates then they were before they started. Most companies have exclusivity on the window they are selling, so you as a consumer cannot comparison shop.
Extreme temperature changes can cause tremendous pressure on the insulating glass unit (IGU) in your window. Every one degree Fahrenheit (F) change in the temperature produces a 3.6 PSF pressure change. While this seems slight, a 20 degree F change would equal the pressure of a 175 MPH wind. When we have temperature swings of 20 degrees within a 24 hour period (which happens every day in Colorado) an insulating glass unit is in constant motion.

We have used (303 Windows) to systematically replace all the windows in our home over the past 10+ years. This past September we scheduled our final installations for the bedrooms. My call was pleasantly greeted by Jay (the owner) who immediately referenced my account. Since it had been 3-4 years from our last installation, Jay personally came out to measure and evaluate a previous window that had failed. I would highly recommend 303 Windows because of service, price and Jay's vision. When I asked for a quote, it was for 4 bedroom windows, very straight forward. Jay saw the large picture window and sliding glass door in my living room and he made a suggestion. Needless to say, I took his advice and the large picture window looks better than I imagined it could.
I'm very happy with the windows, the installation (installer was great) and Jay's vision!

I used 303 Windows to replace some of my old inefficient windows in my house and install their white vinyl windows. Jay Lillien came out to do an estimate. I’m amazed at how affordable these windows are compared to other companies. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the style to fit my house and design. The installation team was very professional and did a beautiful job. I’m so pleased that I’m having them finish the rest of the windows in the house! Went with 303 windows because they were highly recommended and had great reviews. Maybe it was an off week for Jay, but we didn't have a great experience. Communication was poor about when the installers would arrive. I have kids and dogs and needed to have a window of time, but the installers' arrival was hours off Jay's estimate. Jay subs out the installation and that is really who you need to be good. We had one cracked window frame that the installers installed anyway. Jay replaced it, but we had to wait several weeks. In addition, unfortunately the installers also broke one

In early 2021, We had Jay and his team at 303 windows replace all windows in our home in Littleton with Amerimax replacement windows (manufactured in Loveland). We are very pleased with the results. We are exceptionally pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness and workmanship of the crew, who swapped out all 27 or so windows over two days, and cleaned up all debris. We had a couple minor problems with the windows (a long narrow eyebrow window cracked during a difficult installation, and a few windows had minor manufacturing

WOW - I sincerely want to thank Jay and his crew for a job very well done. Our windows were a particularly difficult size (as in HUGE) and had multiple issues (bowing in the wind for example - as well as WAY too much heat coming through.) There were window replacement companies we interviewed that would not take the job. There were others that did not listen to our concerns. We had a broken glass patio door, and Jay was able to have his team replace it within less than half the time of any other place we called. The work was done extremely well. The new door is beautiful. Perhaps most pleasing about it is that it was also the most reasonably priced. There is no question we would use them again when we replace the windows in our home. I had several bids from local 5 star companies...all selling Amerimax windows so they were all comparable products. The difference between 303 and other companies were...1) Jays customer service and honesty...he explained the process clearly and completely. 2) once the windows were installed, they were done...meaning the installers finished with caulk and paint. BE SIRE TO ASK THIS QUESTION. a comparable installer gave me a price lower than 303 but I had to finish with paint touch ups. That wasn’t going to work for me because my windows on on a second floor. 3) the Installers were top notch.

My wife and I went through 303-WINDOWS after seeing the prices of many of the "Name Brand" companies. We were quoted 25k-30k for 21 windows by these companies. When Jay came out, he explained everything to us and was non invasive. He quoted us at 12k for 21 windows! I was a little concerned about the quality at first, but after talking to a couple other people, those concerns were abated. The windows were installed in 1 day. My windows are being installed today and they look beautiful! Rick is so clean, organized, friendly and doesn't mind that my dogs keep barking at him, lol. I was in the market to have 6 windows replaced originally because I thought that's what I could have afforded with my budget. Jay was the second person I called to get a bid and his bid was much lower than the first company I contacted so I added two more windows. He explained to me that since he's the owner himself, he was able to give me a much better price without the salesperson. His bid for 8 windows total was still lower than the first bid I got and those are for the exact same models so I knew it was comparing apples to apples. We have a 70 year old house with original windows. Once my husband and I were finally able to afford replacing the windows, we got quotes from about 10 companies around Denver. By far, the most knowledgable and one of the best priced happens to be 303-Windows! Our custom windows were ready in about 6 weeks.
