I recently reached out to hot spot stoves and was able to get an appointment very quickly, which I appreciated very much with the issue was with my elderly dad's central air not working well. The technician Jesse arrived prompted as stated at the time we agreed upon..I was very impressed with this Jesse..He was highly knowledgeable in his craft/trade and got to work right away checking the unit. the central.air unit is on the older side and needed some much needed TLC.. Jesse cleaned up everything tested what needed to be tested, changed the filter and added coolant also..needless to say my dad

Best service I've ever had from a repair/install company. I blindly bought a pellet stove insert and piping without the correct knowledge. Most companies wouldn't come out to install because I hadn't purchased through them (lesson learned the hard way about buying from a dealer in person) but Jesse did. Not only did he come out and determine what I needed but he went above and beyond on the set up, insuring it was safe and programed correctly for my sq footage. Not sure how to explain the appreciation of how grateful we were to have Hot Spot do the install of our pellet stove. They bent over backwards fitting our install when they had no time to do it. The pricing was fair and the install was flawless, knowledgeable and professional. We will recommend to our friends and family, and use this company in the future. We're new to pellet stoves and thought it was broken. Turns out it was ok - just needed a good cleaning (and we needed some tips on how to run it well). Hot Spot went above and beyond by giving us lots of info on running and maintaining our pellet stove, and they did a more thorough cleaning in 1 hour than I had managed in a grueling 8-hour session last month. We will definitely be calling them again for an annual cleaning next fall!

Extremely courteous and knowledgeable - offering a wide variety of services. Repaired my very old & unreliable pellet stove in under an hour, while also offering me a generous discount on a new install in the future.
Other techs had declared my unit 'unfixable' - they have been proved wrong. It's nice and toasty in my living room as I write this :) If I do decide to upgrade in the future, I'll be placing my order with Hot Spot Stoves - and you should too!

My ventless gas fireplace had been acting up, would start nicely then stop. Another company came by twice -- and while well meaning enough, he couldn't be certain of what exactly was wrong. I finally contacted the manufacturer who recommended this company. Jesse came out on time. I explained the issue. He listened, figured out the problem, and quickly did the repair for less than half of what the other company had proposed. In short: trustworthy, reliable, good natured, and knew what he was doing. Don't go anywhere else.
