Had these folks out for a routine tune up on my gas boiler. They sent two techs out, their names which I cannot remember, but let me tell you, the professionalism of their techs was above and beyond. Explained everything they were doing, brought a potential problem to my attention and recommended to replace the part before it leaves me without heat when I need it most. Their price for the repair was very reasonable, as after they left I had called in another company who also agreed this part should be replaced, but their cost was almost $300 higher than airtemp. Needless to say I went with these

Quality company that cares about customer satisfaction. Had them out for a tune up on my furnace and they discovered a cracked heat exchanger. Had a quote ready within a couple hours and their price came in FAR below the 3 other companies I got quotes from. You won't be disappointed if you go with these guys. They even showed me the cracks in the exchanger when they removed the old furnace! Very trustworthy company.

We had another company look at our furnace to evaluate what was needed for fall tune up. We weren't sure about the assessment so we called Air Temp. The technician was early(amazing) and they walked me through the estimate that had been given. Turns out that there were items on their we really didn't need. Apparently some service techs have quotas to hit....Not at Air Temp though, The quote for repair was half the other company, and we are thrilled with their service. You won't regret calling Air Temp . BF

I am not one to give bad reviews. In this case I felt compelled to speak up. I hired Air Temp Residential to repair by boiler. They came out on 4 separate occasions each time replacing another part and hoping it would fix the problem. After the 4th repair the boiler is back to normal operation. I brought the issue of multiple visits and replacing parts that did not need to be replaced to the service manager. We agreed they would give me a partial refund. HERE IS THE KICKER AND THE REASON I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW. If they had been true to their word and given the refund, I would have considered

I recently had a new Central Air conditioning unit installed in my condo. The Central Air is working great and am very happy with the result. I highly recommend this company and work with Dean Kelly. My experience from getting a quote for the new unit, accepting a quote, and installing a new unit; the entire process was smooth. I usually don't write any reviews but the outstanding service of Dean Kelly made wants to give him A+ rating!

These guys are the best! From the woman that answered the phone to the excellent service from the Tech they sent, I felt like I had hired true professionals. My boiler died on one of the coldest days so far this season so I was without heat and hot water. I called AirTemp and Leah took my call with a professional and upbeat attitude. She sent a tech, Patrick, who found the issue, had the part in stock on his truck and repaired my problem. He even took the time to explain what the issue was in plain language then cleaned up all evidence of his being there. I highly suggest you give them a try. You

I did not end up using their services, but this was the only business (of at least 9 that I called) willing to come out at 9:30 at night to fix my furnace when I had no heat. They even talked to me about prices and while they were willing to come out, advised me to try to wait until morning as it would cost me at least $100 less if I could wait. When they did not hear back from me, they called me again at 7:30 the next morning to see if I still needed someone to come out! We ended up going with someone who specializes in our particular boiler, but I would have gone with Airtemps if we hadn&apos

I called air-temp on a Sunday morning, upon learning that my A/C compressor had died ... on a 95' summer day! They immediately paged the on-call technician (Denny), and he was there within the hour. Denny diagnosed and fixed my A/C in under 30 minutes, and treated us very professionally and courteously.
I would definitely do business again with Air Temp!
