He explained what he was doing and was straight up about potential issues with my furnace without pressuring to fix what was a bit of an unknown problem. Dan came out to diagnose an issue with our five year old gas furnace. He was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the problem and correct it very quickly. He explained each step of the process as he was working and made sure we knew how to set the thermostats and change the batteries. This after having another company come out several weeks ago, whose tech diagnosed the issue incorrectly and installed a part that was not needed. We will be signing up for the Peak Performance Plan today! Highly recommend Degree Heating and Cooling!!

I had lost my heat end of November 20 degrees and i couldn't get anyone to come out. Degree fit me in and Chris was great found the problem quickly and the heat was back on in no time. They have earned a customer in me and they will be handling my heating and cooling in the future.

Avoid like a plague. Had them come fix my heating and the tech was in the basement for about 10 mins and I was shocked with the bill he handed me. He probably spent more time writing up what he “did” than actually ”fixing“ the issue. The guy couldn’t even look at me in the eyes and explain what the issue was.
The heat went out again just hours later. I called them and another guy come and he seemed to know what was going on. A new part needed to be ordered which I understood. Part came the next day and I got heat back. Phew.

This company is awesome. Their employee Toby was an expert. He came to my home and installed a Mitsubishi heat/air unit. He was courteous, on time, professional, neat, etc. I had 5 quotes on this same unit and this company was the only one to give me a quote including the credit for this rebate. I am thrilled!🙂
