Services
Since 2001, Atlas Oil has been serving the heating oil needs of residential and commercial customers in the TriCounty area. We are now serving all of Berks County. In addition to delivering heating oil, we offer off-road diesel for farming and construction vehicles. Atlas Oil offers customers heating equipment service contracts, annual maintenance, and repairs and replacement of all heating and cooling systems through a local partnership.

Installation of replacement heating and cooling equipment is also available. Annual system tune-up Thorough service boosts efficiency, cutting your fuel bill up to 10% and extending the lifespan of your system.
Same day deliveries are usually possible, especially if you call early enough - before 10 AM is best - for us to adjust the drivers' schedules. If you run out of oil, our drivers can "prime and start" your furnace. But, same day deliveries cannot be scheduled online, so you have to give us a call - same day delivery fees apply.
If you are a brand new customer, please call into our office during office hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm to set up your account. If you are a current customer, use our easy and simple online portal or mobile app to place an order at your convenience. You will need your account number and digits in your billing account to register for your free account.
The Pennsylvania Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps those with low incomes pay their heating bills through home heating energy assistance grants and crisis grants. Eligible households could receive grants of $200-$1000 to help with heating costs. There are three ways to apply for LIHEAP: online application, paper application or in person.

We had been patronizing Atlas Oil since 2012. They were always courteous and very accommodating if we needed a delivery sooner rather than later.
This year, over the holidays we lost track of our fuel oil situation and discovered our level was between an 1/8th and EMPTY on the gauge. The very next morning, a Thursday, my wife hand-delivered a check to the office on Farmington Ave. at 8:00 am, the moment they opened. The office staff asked the oil level and my wife very clearly advised that we were between an 1/8th and EMPTY.

Horrible company to deal with...they want a credit check for heating oil??? We have been paying cash last few years and they held onto our credits each year. This year, Atlas told us we couldn't buy 300 gallons, when our oil tank is 275gallons. I wanted to buy 300 gallons all at once, so I didn't have to make multiple trips to their office for payment. We were told we cannot buy 300 gallons, even though there was a whooping $.02 savings per gallon. Why offer a price break at 300 gallons or more, if you are not going to honor that price? I refuse to ever use this third rate company

This company used to be absolutely great until it went under new ownership. When you have to call them, you have to talk to Sue and she is one of the rudest, difficult people I have ever encountered. After 4 years with them, I am thrilled to say I am finally rid of the nasty attitude. First delivery of this year, she calls and says "Oh our brand new driver has determined your tank needs leveled which can be done for $250". We did it ourselves so 2nd delivery she calls and says the driver believes the legs on your tank are not straight but hey he put 82 gallons in which is made it

Atlas oil delivered oil to our home by mistake, they were supposed to deliver it to a neighbors home. After we discovered their mistake and alerted both their customer and them about the situation, they were extremely difficult to deal with. They first wanted us to purchase the oil from them (at their pre paid price since that is what the customer that they were supposed to deliver it to had paid). When we were unable to do that we got the following reply from Atlas, "Sorry it costs less to pump it out." I am so thrilled they caused this problem and used it to sell us their product
