I asked to get a quote on something minor in regards to my oil tank and I got a timely response. Tom Mull (I believe that's his name) kindly informed me that they don't do that small of a service for someone as far as I am. I was surprised as the level of professionalism from just that one phone call. I appreciate the call and the service. I've been doing business with this company for a few years and I am very happy with them. They are all friendly and responsive to our boiler needs. Their prices are very competitive to other local companies and their plans are good also. I haven't ran out of oil with their automatic delivery service either. You should give this company a shot.

Just when we thought 2020 couldn’t get any worse, our family experienced flooding and a fire the day after Christmas in our home. As a result, we no longer had a boiler or hot water heater. Tom was easy to reach and Kevin was immediately out to the home within minutes to begin service. Not only were Mull Bros extremely reliable and professional but… they did an absolutely amazing job in a short amount of time. They truly went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. Not having my dad around anymore since he passed away has been difficult, especially when something goes wrong

From the moment I spoke with the receptionist to the time our technician left our house I was blown away by the customer service. Our technician came in and was laughing with my two boys and even let them have a toy lizard that he was showing them from his truck. I never post reviews of companies but I felt I had to acknowledge their outstanding customer service!!!

I was getting estimates for installation of central a/c in my old home. Mull Brothers' estimate ended up being slightly higher (not by very much) than a competitor, so we didn't ultimately hire them. However, I have a very good impression of this company. Mr. Mull gave a thorough proposal, and he was professional and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and did not resort to high-pressure sales tactics. I will contact them in the future if I need mechanical work.

Mull Brothers has been providing my home with oil and furnace maintenance since 2011. Never having oil before, I could not have chosen a better company. Their service goes far beyond delivery as their customer service is unmatchable. In this day and age, where big business is the norm and customers are just a number, Mull Brothers go back to the day where the customer is not only number one but each and every customer is known by name and cared for (the way I remember as a child).
