As a tractor-trailer driver, I go to many places to have my trailer loaded. Went to this place this morning and the gentleman who loading my trailer was very nice and professional. It's not very often that we as truck drivers get treated nice. I appreciate you.

My husband passed away less than six months ago. They made what was a very hard move as easy as it could have been. We moved furniture to two different locations and they were amazing. They were kind and so very careful with my things. They moved everything we asked them to move and took all the boxes we were done with back with them. On a scale of one to ten, I would give them a ten plus’s. They were the best.

Had to move my elderly parents across state to a new home without actually being there. Everyone we dealt with at Dimon and Bacorn were absolutely tremendous! From accommodating dates, to packing everything up, to final delivery were a complete pleasure. For what could have been a very stressful situation, Dimon and Bacorn made it pretty easy and stress free. Sydney, Tom, and Joel were especially outstanding! Everything arrived in superb condition. Super friendly people in this company. I am so thankful for them!!

The movers they sent for my move from Binghamton to Pittsburgh were fantastic. I actually left my wallet in a computer desk that was packed first, and one of them crawled over all of my belongings in the truck to find it.

There were some issues with the delivery, because a driver quit last minute and they were down a man, but after the move, I got called personally by the general manager, and he made sure everything was set right. I'm confident they'll be better prepared for that eventuality in the future, and I'd certainly recommend them.

I can't speak highly enough of Dimon & Bacorn -- I had to move pretty last-minute and they were utterly accommodating and efficient, making the move from Ithaca, NY to Washington, DC happen in less than three days without any hitches whatsoever. I couldn't be there to supervise the move, and they arrived on time, packed everything perfectly and kept me abreast every step of the way. Joel and Tony were both wonderful -- friendly and professional, prompt and on top of every detail. Everything was in great shape when it arrived.

My experience with Dimon & Bacorn was absolutely exceptional. There was excellent communication during the whole process, (what to pack, packing, unloading, etc), of moving furniture/housewares, etc from Syracuse, NY to State College, PA. I was unable to be present for both packing and unloading (however my boyfriend was able to be present for their arrival at our apartment), and still everything went along without a hitch (and they got everything unloaded in under 2 hours!!!). Their team was quick to load and unload my possessions. They were fast, courteous, careful, and cared about what they were doing. I had a great experience working with Dimon and Bacorn and with North American Van Lines. Everyone I worked with, from the move estimator to the driver, was friendly and responsive. There was clear documentation at every step of the way and they handled a somewhat complicated set of requests for three deliveries at the destination without any problems.
