I needed a tub/shower conversion to walk in shower done on a very short time line for appraisal/refinance. My condo suffered significant water damage from a neighbor's burst pipes in August. My insurance was slow in getting a check to me to remodel my place. Artem was quick to meet me to give me an estimate, met all the guidelines set by my insurance company, was very patient as they made us jump through hoops. His work was outstanding. I needed sheet rock, paint, new floors, baseboards, tile work and Artem's work was flawless. Artem is a very professional and committed contractor. In 2020, Artem did an extensive remodeling that converted my house from 2050 to 3550 sq. He was friendly and professional throughout the project. I greatly admire his work ethics. In addition, his price was reasonable. He is the go-to guy for any remodeling, repair, or restoration work.
