One way we accomplish our mission is to provide construction services utilizing the 66 years of combined construction experience that our team possesses.
We are particularly proud of our success in the field of negotiated construction with 90 percent of our projects undertaken using 'Partnering' techniques to maximize return on investment for our clients. The idea of partnering in the construction industry has gained wide spread acceptance. As most commonly defined, the idea is a process where the contractor, owner and design firms on the job resolve to work together more closely and harmoniously than is historically typical on construction projects.

Services
Becky handles the 'office side' of E&M Constructors, but also likes to put on a hardhat and safety vest and get out and work at the jobsite. Being associated with construction for 30 years makes her comfortable with all aspects of a project. Becky has a degree in Science Education from Oregon State University which has helped her in her role as 'problem solver' and administrator.
Predevelopment: E & M Constructors offers predevelopment services. E & M can best serve our clients by providing construction alternatives to maximize owner return on investment. E & M's strategy for a successful project include a well-defined scope, extensive early planning, a positive client relationship with client involvement and a quick response to change by A/E firms.
