Amadou was prompt, courteous, clean, and did a good job of explaining his plan for the bid I needed on my bathrooms. I got another bid that was a better fit, but his was closest, very reasonable, and he will continue to be on my list of contractors to call. He was easy to get a hold of and showed up on time. Things that were out of his scope he noted and then provided solutions to - I really appreciated that. That honesty and straightforward approach is so valuable. Lo's contracting is on my first call list.

This company is a general contractor who will bring workers to bid the job. You will pay a premium, meaning you will pay the worker's rate plus a percentage to the company. This will bring your estimate far above what you would find if you got other bids. I got several jobs done through this company. One of the contractors was excellent, very skilled and experienced, thorough, considerate, and respectful. Our one-story 1925 house was badly in need of repainting, with bubbling, cracking, and pealing paint over most of the house. Amadou and the crew did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and we were confident in their ability to manage the lead paint removal. We are very pleased with their work, especially considering they had to schedule around the rainy weather. We ended up deciding to go with them over other companies because they could complete both the painting and the patio roof replacement projects (the latter of which was an absolute breeze). Lo's Contracting Inc helped us replace our sliding glass door. This outfit is incredibly good. Very responsive, on time, and will communicate every step of the way. I value integrity above all else. They completed everything they said they will do. Even when the removal of the original door shed light on an interior problem, they communicated right away and gave us options to handle the issue without having to remove interior trim or replace and paint drywall. The quality of the work and professional customer service is the reason I am having them back to bid on our shower replacement.

Lo's contracting replaced (2) 4x6 posts which supported the porch roof, and painted our ranch style home. They raised 2 posts so that the wood posts would no longer contact the soil or grass. Everything went well. It was a pleasure working with Amadou. His workers showed up on time, they did the job and cleaned everything up afterward. Workers were kind and respectful. Amadou met with us several times to make sure that the job was meeting our expectations. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I would for sure use their services again in the future.

Even though we end up not using Lo's contracting for our home repaired due to rush scheduling but I was amazing by Amadou's professionalism ,communication and dedication. He made sure to come out as soon as possible to our home for estimate with great enthusiasm!

We highly recommend Amadou and his crew. We had a big job for them with removal of aluminum siding, redoing parts of the old cedar siding, prepping and painting the house. They were responsive, friendly, professional and fair. They were transparent in the work they did and any issues that arose, making us feeling confident in the work they did. Amadou is amazing! He Painted my house last spring and I found out he does general contracting work as well. He does an incredible job and is very professional, responsive and kind. Lo's Contracting was a pleasure to work with. Amadou and his team are great communicators always letting you know what is happening on the job and work they are performing. I had carpet and tile removed in two days and new vinyl wood floor installed just a couple days later. Marlon was a real pro installing the flooring and he also built a fence in two days. The floor and fencing is perfectly done. Lo's is easy to work with and continues to check to ensure that the job is completed to satisfaction. I would recommend Lo's to friends and family if they are looking for home improvements

Amadou Lo is awesome. Extremely customer-focused and honestly wants to do the best job he can for his customer. He works very hard and was on time for every appointment. We bought a huge fixer in NE Portland. We would live in it when it was done. But this house needed everything - paint, roof, gutters, added a dormer bathroom, re-inforced basement, reframed garage that had rotted out, new garage door, drywalled kitchen after a gut, opened up a wall, put in an archway, etc.

Really no words for how outstanding Amadou's service is. He not only is the most respectful man - his crew worked around my children, work, family life went on as normal as possible. Amadou lo is quite charming. Do not let your guard down with this guy. We contracted with him a couple of years ago after a tenant had had her apartment painted. We agreed upon painting our triplex with an additional $650 for detail work. Beware of this guy.... the painters rushed the job, did not do any of the detail work, painted over rust on metal railings without even steel brushing the rust off!!!! Their method of operation is to rush the job while you are at work and get the final coat on so you cannot see the lack of "prep" work. They rushed our triplex job trying to leave in three

Amadou is one of the best contractors I have worked with and we have worked with a few. He is responsive( which is unique from my experience), follows through, comes onsite to start the job, comes onsite to review the job and to walk through. He is the owner and takes pride in ensuring customer is satisfied. He doesnt nickel and dime. Their prices are very competitive.
