Howard and the team were wonderful. Everybody has been responsive to my requests and very professional. The team worked in my backyard for over a week and they were always polite and professional. As a woman working from home, I always felt safe and secure with the team there. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give Natural Wonders Landscaping 10 stars! Natural Wonders did an amazing job installing turf in our backyard. We have been living back there for the past few weeks. The price was fair the for the complexity of our project and they did high quality work in a short amount of time.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the front office and the project manager could have communicated a little better on the start date and a few other things but overall they did an excellent job.From start to finish, Howard and the Natural Wonders team delivered. Howard came up with a plan to redesign our backyard and patio and transparently followed through with everything discussed.

Details:

Like so many others in Houston, half our yard was destroyed by the February freeze. Since we didn't want to just replant what we had (in case we have another crazy freeze next winter), we called Natural Wonders to request a new design. Natural Wonders does not design landscapes separately from providing a bid for the landscape installation so we scheduled them to come out to take a look so they could give us a bid.

Although backed up and needing to book a month out, Natural Wonders came out

I have been a loyal customer of Miguel and team for years. They are incredibly timely, friendly, easy to communicate with, and have very reasonable prices. They have a user-friendly online system to not only review quotes but preview potential plants for your landscaping. When they landscaped our front law, they were fast and we had great results. As promised, the plants were low-maintenance and grew beautifully. Since then, we have asked them to do our annual pruning and will be going back to them for any and all of our landscaping need.

Very quick for an onsite assessment, representative was wonderful. Follow up to receive estimate has been difficult. 2 months later I don't have confidence they would have reached out if I hadn't asked for an update every 2 weeks. Will change review based on how the company continues forward.
1 more weeks and no response. Will choose another company.

Howard was a pleasure to deal with - spent time listening to what we needed and helped us with parts of the design we didn’t have a clear vision for. It was a large job (paving, new turf out front, full garden, artificial turf out back and several planters). The team completed the job quickly, courteously and to a very high standard. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced as professional a group of landscapers. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

He did not "sell" us on options, but rather built a relationship for continued services. I want to give them a 10! Listen, I had very high expectations for a total upgrade of my landscaping. I have been saving for this project for several years so I could DO IT RIGHT! I searched carefully for the right company to dream up and do this project. I met Howard & his team...and, almost immediately I felt like he could see my vision as if it was his own. Not only that, but he used his expertise to offer some slight changes to the plan that turned out to be far better than what I had in mind.

Hired them for lawn maintenance and met owner Howard at that time. We were frustrated with weeds and patchy grass in our yard prior to hiring them. He is so friendly and easy going and offered suggestions to improve our yard. He spent lots of time with us, shared his story and you could tell he and his company are trust worthy people. The lawn guys came by the following week on schedule for maintenance and so far we are happy. Their work in more extensive landscaping looks good so will see what other projects they can do in the future for our yard.

Howard and his team were very professional and accomodating. It took less than 48hrs from my initial call to have a full crew on property and working. Most landscapers were intimidated by the work we wanted done but not these guys. They were effecient and the pricing was fair. They were done in less than three days. They say free estimates, no its not free! They will charge you "consultation". It's not a good business practice. Plus their quotes is very high. I ended up finding another landscaper from my neighbor for almost half the price. So beware!
