We contracted with Tridel for a major room addition to the house (Think 3rd bedroom, new pad and covered patio). This is a organization that operates with heart, professionalism and a commitment to quality.

The process was exceptional. From the very beginning Jack explained the sequence, the timing, what would occur when and what costs would be extra. It is obvious that Tridel only takes on a predictable number of projects to maintain their own internal standards.

Our project with Tridel took seven months to complete but we are happy with the results . We called many contractors before deciding on Tridel. The funny thing was they were our first call.
Isaac & (Jack coming to our home) was the determining factor . We started with Isaac & ultimately finished with Max. Isaac is busy ,but was always a gentleman & available for us and our many questions . Each crew were respectful of us and our home. Called Tridel for a medium to large renovation project on my house. Explained in detail the various items I wanted to be quoted on, one of which was painting the outside of my house. They came back with a quote that not only did not encompass the full range of services we went through, but they quoted by over 16,000 USD to paint the outside out of my house. The highest quote I got 7,400 USD and lowest was 3750 USD. Absolutely outrageous! When confronted the justification was they were going to fix minor cracks and powerwash the stucco in addition to painting the house. The other quotes included

We had Tridel construct a custom fireplace wall in our home. Sam was an excellent project manager who went above and beyond to help us realize our vision and make our dream wall become a reality. Every member of the Tridel team from the tradesman to the office were professional, courteous, and overall a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly respectful of our home at every step of the job, keeping the site clean and being very careful with their tools, our structure and flooring, and our personal spaces. We are already planning our next project with Tridel, and we will definitely be utilizing

HORRIBLE!!!! I have never seen a company pretend to be so surprised that things are not progressing well, and at the same time, so willing to give out empty promises. It's amazing how they continually don't show up to work, even for a full day. If it wasn't for the city inspectors and myself pointing out poor work, I'm afraid of what a mess this place would be.
They had a great song and dance at first, but it's only been downhill from there.
Even though they are actively working on our home, it literally took them four business days to return my calls.

After deciding to completely redo my kitchen at the beginning of the year I did some research on Yelp and called Tridel and another highly-rated company. Max and Bear came out to see what I wanted to do and gave me a few suggestions on touches I hadn't thought of while at the same time staying very low-pressure and easy to work with. They also came back with the better quote - I went with them and am very happy that I did!

We hired Tridel to do a covered balcony remodel. Jack F was our project manager. He was outstanding to work with. Easy to get a hold of, and communicated excellent with our needs/budget. I knew our project wasn't going to be "cheap" due to structural changes, but the price was very reasonable. Once the permit was issued, work started right away, and was completed without delay. With all the negative reviews of other companies, especially with delays, or slow work... not at Tridel. I recommend them, and will use them again if needs require it!

We were going to move in Vegas in September 2020. We know we would have to remodel The master bathroom ASAP. My mother-in-law met
with Vlad from Tridel and we had a FaceTime walk through with our plans. It was the first of many bids,that was the only company that was willing to put in a zero gravity entrance into the walk-in shower we needed. We had a variety of jobs done on our house.
They were professional, On time, cleaned up all construction debris everyday, everything was done extremely well, and everyone was courteous and a pleasure to work with.

We will definitely be repeat customers for any other projects that come up and would highly recommend Tridel to anyone.

I had Tridel come out to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Although we ended up not going with them, I want to say they were very professional and absolutely wonderful as we discussed ideas and such. They followed up with me and truly had customer service as a priority. They are worth a call when getting bids for sure.

I'm happy to say that Tridel reached out to me and corrected all of the issues that I mentioned. I wish it didnt get that far, but mistakes do happen and what matters is making things right. Thank you!

My husband and I have lived in our home for 18 years and are the original owners. Last year we decided it was time to renovate our master bathroom because the original floor plan had the shower/tub combo piece that was starting to show it's age and the tub especially took up a lot of floor space. I turned to Home Advisor for recommendations for contractors and met with 5 different contractors including Tridel. Initially we met with Isaac Prives who was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We have never completed a major remodel before so you can imagine there were many questions

We hired Tridel Construction for a remodel of our kitchen. After some research we decided to go with Tridel. They had great reviews and our project manager, Andrea, was great to deal with from the initial meeting - I didn't want to waste time getting other bids after we met. The price seemed fair and I felt confident that they would do a great job - and they did! Andrea was always accessible and made sure things were done perfectly. There was never any lack of communication. She noticed things I wouldn't have noticed and made the process very smooth. We look forward to using them again

I highly recommend Tridel for renovations, remodels, any work really. I worked with Tridel, and the quality of the work was excellent. i had my kitchen tile floors demolished, removed and replaced with new vinyl plank flooring, and made some alterations to the fireplace. also had two bathrooms completely refinished.

I was consulted along the way and was offered really great recommendations. they even finished early (which probably never happens). Sam was my PM and he is fantastic! A good human. nice person. super friendly, will help you with material selections, very responsive and helpful.

We had the ultimate homeowner nightmare happen of a faulty toilet upstairs flooding our master bath -- which not only ruined our baseboards and flooded our walk-in closet carpet, but seeped through to where it was literally raining in our downstairs living room, causing bad ceiling damage. Devastated, we wanted the best work done to restore our house, and after a lot of research, we chose Tridel based off google and yelp reviews... and I'm SO glad we did! Our repairs started on 9/3 and were fully completed by 9/10!

We all have heard the old idiom "a good contractor is worth his weight in gold." (Haven't we?) Well, maybe not, but after a bunch of terrible experiences, I can say that is absolutely true of Tridel.

After about 6-7 appointments with contractors for a local project there was only one company that:

1) Showed up when they said they were going to show up. (This is less common than even you might think). Tridel not only showed up on time, but Tridel texted me the day before to confirm my appointment.

If you are looking for a company who can help with all those projects around the house where “you’ll get to it eventually” this is the company to hire. I called Isaac after I was recommended and can’t express enough how much he has helped me from start to almost finished. (The house will eventually continue to get remodeled and need other items but the major items have been completed) Thanks to the Tridel team for always being professional, honest and on time. I can’t thank you enough.

What can be said about Tridel, other then EXCEPTIONAL! Moved into my new build home and being as bougie as I am, wanted to tweak and add a few things after closing escrow. I wanted one bedroom expanded into the next bedroom and make the remaining part of that room and office. These guys did a horrible job on my kitchen backsplash, floors and master bathroom shower redo. When I called them back they did nothing but give excuses about the flooring material not being "good" which is something they should have brought to our attention instead of just blindly installing it.

Had to have them back twice to fix the kitchen windows they replaced for me due to leaks and not being sealed properly (ended up getting someone else to fix them the third time)

Had a great meeting Andrea. We spent about an hour reviewing the 2 jobs we wanted done (Remodeling a master bath and a loft addition). This was on December 28, 2020. I haven't heard one word from the company since.
Just another bad contractor who must feel they are so busy the could careless about your business.
Imagine a contractor who really wanted your business? I will not recommend a company who forgets about you.

We had a bathroom remodel, and kitchen upgrade done by Tridel Construction, which was all coordinated while living across country. Isaac Prives coordinated the entire project, and we could not be happier with the results. Everything from picking out the tile and fixtures, to making last minute changes. The quality of the work done, and the professionalism was outstanding.
