I’ve had my system installed for about 2 months now. While everything works fine and the process for the installation went smoothly, I feel that I was lied to in order to get their services. There was an attempt break in, and of course a police report was filed and then all of a sudden there’s a knock on my door from Sales Representative, Lisa Roth. She started the convo advising that the services were FREE! She ask a couple of questions and come to find out it’s not free, just the installation, which was fine and I proceeded to get the service. Matthew Hege(4559) was my Guardian Protection technician. He is a true professional and installed an exterior key pad and upgraded my security system. He explained the installation before installing and reviewed the installation when finished.

We just moved in to a new house and had Guardian services at our previous home and loved the service! Our new house did not have anything setup so we had to order all of the various detectors, glass break sensors, door sensors etc. Matt did a fantastic job getting everything setup to our preferences! It was very quick to setup! Guardian has always been 100% reliable which is everything you need when choosing a home security system!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Lisa Roth and the team at Guardian Protection. We have been using their services for the last 6 months and we LOVE it! Everyone is very professional, courteous, polite, on time and very knowledgeable about their services. We feel very safe in our space because of Guardian and the level of protection they offer while we are away. Their service department is very helpful and has helped us resolve our issues anytime something arises (which is VERY rare). We highly recommend them!

In short Guardian Protection Services uses unethical tactics and is completely towards the most advantage for their profit as possible. I would highly recommend vetting them out against any other provider of this service in the following areas.
1. Contract - length of contract and how contract terms are communicated
2. Relocation policies
3. Early termination policies and renewal policies
4. Overall Costs

John (our install tech) was awesome. Not on did he let our dog jump all over him.. he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the setup process and made sure we knew how to use every aspect of the system before he left. He even waited for my fiancé to get off a work call so he could explain things again to her after explaining them to me. System is awesome and we feel safe as can be. Thanks John!

Totally irritated day 1 as a Guardian customer. The techs came out to configure our surround sound and security. They informed me the Guardian sales rep didn’t tell me I had to purchase additional equipment (surround sound receiver). So instead of of having a functioning surround sound system, I have to go out shopping, spend hundreds of additional $$ I wasn’t told about, and then try to install and configure it all myself.
The techs were great, but were just the messengers. So day 1, I am a dissatisfied customer. If the speakers weren’t built into the walls already, I would have Guardian

We just recently built a new home with Ryan Homes, the building process with Ryan Homes was great and we love our house. Throughout the process Ryan Homes required that we meet with Guardian to talk about special "upgrades" that we could elect to have installed in our new home.
