True Protection made everything really quick and easy. We had an alarm and security cameras installed, and everything has been incredibly smooth. I wanted to get away from DIY security and Nest/Ring cameras, and leave the management to an actual security company. No regrets! They handle any technical issues immediately, they have excellent customer service, and their website is very easy to use. Strongly recommend using them!

This company ripped me off on my home alarm security system. They sold me a system and when an issue comes about they are no where to be found.
A person named Chris, was extremely rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. I called about a recurring issue with their system and he that audacity to say call Brinks too bad.

While researching alarm companies for our new home in the Houston area, I found that this company was the most honest from the very beginning. They were willing to alter or build a system based on our needs. They were the only ones that would send a complete breakdown of what we would be getting in an email. If they won't put it in writing, then they are probably just blowing smoke. The install happened quickly and was done neatly. Have not had any problems to date. Would definitely recommend!

Needed to fix existing system in my newly bought home and contacted this company. They were quick to follow up with me but the only thing thet cared was to sell me monthly subscription with 3 years contract. Asked them to come and fix exsting old system in return of a service fee they said they can't. Anyways all good, using Ring now and I am happy with it. These kind of companies should act smarter if they want to stay in business.

I began doing business with this company in 2015. Since then, my account was sold to a company out of San Antonio and then subsequently to a company called Alert 360 out of Tulsa. I no longer do business with this company. Tim and and Jess are not affiliated as far as I can tell. My prior review does not stand for this business any longer.

Great company! I've had the alarm system for a couple months now and everything has been great! I never had an alarm system before so was new to the whole alarm system game. Tim and Jes were great at answering all my questions I had and made the process very simple. Very happy I went with this company. I shopped around a bit before going with them and am very happy I did. A lot easier to deal with than some of the other companies.
