I have experience another Solar Company in a different state and the company was lack luster and slow to respond to anything system involved. I was approached by Tron Solar to have it installed. So far i amupto the Solar Panels are installed and have had no issues. My rep Steve T. gets back to me and has gone out of his way to do stuff. I hope the rst goes as smooth and look fwd to having my Solar Commissioned and up and running soon. Thanks

This company is a sham. They were great up until the panels were installed. Then NIPSCO came to do their inspection and rejected the connection. That’s when my problems began. Nothing but lies, false information, broken promises and the only way I got anything done was by constantly calling salesman and customer service. I still can’t monitor my… system because no one will send me the link or necessary information.
I took the referral sign down weeks ago because I can’t in good faith recommend these people to anyone. I’m yet to receive any contact from anyone outside

I was clearly not 'eligible' for any savings by Tron Solar on my electric bill in La Porte, Indiana. I live alone, I use very little electricity. I said I just retired. I said I've been unemployed for 2 years. Although I honestly share fault in the lack of communication with Tron Solar, my lack of knowledge @ solar doesnt infringe on anyone elses bank account. Im not trained to distinguish between professionalism and professional con artist, nor do I purposely withhold information to make a sale. I tried to be as honest as possible in a deceitful conversation.

Tron Solar sold us a 20 year lease on solar panels which were installed on our house in May, 2020. The promise was we would pay only the delivery cost of our electricity and the fixed lease amount. We are seniors and we're looking for a fixed monthly amount. Each electric bill since the installation has gone up and up. Communication is very poor with the company. Promises of a call for sure never happen. We are generating power all right but paying much higher bills because of it.

Great company. The installation was quick and very professional. Everything works just as described. The Follow up from the company has been amazing. They often check in just to see how everything is going. If you have questions about net billing or anything else just leave a quick message and someone gets back to you with the answers you requested. 👍

Do not buy from this company. The salesman will lie to your face and say whatever is necessary to make a sale. The salesman lied to us about how the tax credits worked and now my solar bill is grossly higher than what they gauraunteed it would be. When I confronted the salesman and the company about it they pretended to listen and in the end did absolutely nothing to correct their salesman's lie. I do not regret getting solar only regret buying from these people. Please for your own sake find a different company.

Tron's level of communication throughout the entire process from beginning to end was satisfactory. At no point did I ever have to reach out to them for clarification or confirmation. When they said they would arrive they did. Their level of communication and satisfactory installation made me feel more comfortable with my decision to install solar panels. I will definitely be recommending this company in the future.

Traon has the kind of people you want in and on your house and working on your system. Fast, polite, professional, clean.
No conduit running all over your roof.
I even worked with them to have all my panels installed on the back side of my home so that you could not even see them from the street.
The system is working well so far after two months.
Highly recommended.

The company came and inspected my place 3-4 times, we discussed the project, did estimation and we even increased scope as the sales person was very effective is selling us a vision. I signed a contract with them... We were going to finance the project so got all the paper work done thru them, got approved and secured the financing as well (thru them). We told our other contractors we were prospecting "NO" based on all the promises we had and the executed contract. Tron then decided to not execute on the contract and now I have to start the whole process again. It was not a small project

My dream for the past 2 years was to have my basement remodeled. My good friend Andy suggested I use his company. I'm so glad I listened. His team came by within the first few days to overlook all the work that needed to be done. Within a week my basement was completed. I couldn't be happier. They were able to remove all the wood paneling, reroute the plumbing, remove unnecessary walls, new lighting, epoxy floor, paint walls and ground my fuse box.
