My wood floors are now a work of art!!! I was so worried about this project not going well as our house is more than 100 years old, but Morgan knew exactly how to gently and painstakingly refinish them.
He was a pleasure to work with too, very funny and enthusiastic about his work. The whole process could have been a nightmare as this was one of my first home remodeling projects but he very patiently took me through every step and really seemed to enjoy educating me on how things would get done.
And now I am obsessed with my beautiful gleaming floors and do not allow anyone to wear their shoes

Morgan is one of a kind, diligent, great communicator and has real talents when it comes to home reno projects. He put up a wall + door in my duplex, completely landing the vision (we've since gotten a lot of compliments from guests). I do plan to use him again in the future, and couldn't recommend him enough!

Morgan is a complete and utter joke of a professional. I've never left a review before (for anything) and I doubt that I ever will again. But this guy was so ridiculous I honestly hope to stray anyone from anywhere away from ever having to deal with him. There were multiple times where he was high or smelled like weed. He also drank on the job, or as soon as the day was over, grabbed a bottle of liquor to drink while I drove him home. Yes I had to drive him home because he doesn't drive. He does however own a car. And one day "while working" was on speaker phone and got into

We are first time homebuyers not really sure what we're doing but wanted a contractor do put in a built in bench with storage for our living room. Morgan laid out his vision by far the best of all the contractors we spoke to. He's super honest and really easy to work with. The work is super sturdy and exceeded our expectations.

We scratched our client's desk and were looking for a carpenter to fix it. I called to 7 carpenters and Morgan was the most responsible, helpful, knowledgeable and was willing to help. He also is very punctual and answered all my questions. Price he gave us was also very reasonable. Despite the fact that we decided to buy a new desk instead of fixing an old one and did not go through all the process, I liked the service and consultation. Morgan, thank you very much. If we need any future help we will ask only Morgan and MTI carpentry to help.

The color was a custom blend to match the existing trims throughout the house - so unique! MTI went above and beyond and was there throughout the entire process. Answered every call and question.
