I was not happy with the service I was provided. We made an appointment in December to have them come out to check the heating pump for the pool, they came out and did the diagnostic to tell me it’s not working (which is why we called you to come out and check?), leaving and telling us they’ll give us an update in the next few days. weeks goes by and we’re in January now with no update. I’ve called several times and they still didn’t provide us any help or guidance. I hope you guys do better for the next customer.

The pool treatment was fine. The pool tech left the child safety cage open when they left. A few weeks later they left the gate open and we lost our dog. If you care about your kids and animals, do not use this company

We have been using them for the last few years. Since the new owners took over, we have had to have phosphate treatment for the first time EVER due to our pool turning green. It has turned green each month, oddly enough. The new owner called me today, because I sent an email letting him know the pool was once again green. He blamed the pool being green on my 6-year old kids stating they are always in the hot tub, we do. It leave our pool pumps on long enough (7am-7pm), and that the kids are using the water hose in the pool. He said he was losing money on us and would not be back. Make no mistake

I can't say enough about how helpful and wonderful Michelle and Travis are to work with! I first spoke with Michelle and found her to be so helpful and easy to work with. She provided the quote for our pool pump replacement and heat pump with a quick turnaround and with options as requested. Travis was extremeley knowledgeable and helped us decide on the right heater for our pool and needs. Every interaction was extremely professional and warm. We actually chose Ocean over a slightly lower quote becuase of Michelle and Travis and the service they provided throughout.

I was looking to purchase a pool cover and they were more than happy to sell one, but recommended for many reasons -safety being the first that we try a product called aqua blanket. The owner has done extended research on the product. We have only used it for a couple of weeks, but find that it is already helping with evaporation and the main thing more is to keep the pool warmer-even during the summer as we don’t get the best sunlight (I like the pool warm!) thank you so much for the recommendation!

I moved here from the northeast over the past summer and I became a pool owner for the first time. Not knowing how to take care of a pool I looked around and finally came across Ocean Blue and have been extremely happy with all of their help. Michelle and the gang there have been awesome. They have a great staff that take the time to help you and take care of any pool issues you may have. They have taken the time to help me understand how to run and take care of my pool equipment. The cool fall weather prompted me to see about getting the pool heater working at my newly purchased home in fall of 2018. The unit didn't work, so I contracted a local heating/air company to take a look. The pool heater was fully rusted out and in awful shape. So, I opted for a replacement.
The heating/air company provided a quote that seemed astronomically high. Therein, I contacted area pool companies. Out of the four I contacted, two never returned my calls and a third wanted to charge $60 just to provide an estimate as they needed to "survey the property." Yeah, no. Thankfully, Ocean Blue

I have used Ocean Blue to maintain my pool for probably about 4 years. They always keep my pool looking great, my technician Gary always lets me know if he sees any issues with any of the equipment, and they are quick to resolve any issues. The owners, Mark and Erica, are great people that truly care about providing their customers with the best service and I believe they pass those values to their staff. I would definitely recommend Ocean Blue.

I had a pool pump replaced by Ocean Blue Pool Supply less than a month ago. It is already broken. I called on Saturday and spoke to John. He wasn't sure if he had anyone available to look at it that day. I let him know it was okay to wait until Monday. He said I'd get a call in the morning and they would let me know the time someone would be out. I get a call and they want to come out Tuesday.
