I was not going to write a review but after weeks of consideration, I wanted to share my experience. On Aug 6, I called the office number and spoke to the receptionist. She said Mr Harper was out of the office that day and the next but he would call me next week. Mr Harper called me on 08/10. I told him what i wanted, had a flexible budget and wanted a quote along with his opinion oon the project. He was agreeable and stated he wanted to see the projects within the next 10 days and would have his assistant call me to schedule an appt.
