Steve and I disagreed at first b/c I was so fixed on this land by the swamp that I wasn’t taking no for answer but Steve knew that land was bad to build on. Steve then advise me on this other piece of land and we ended up loving it. He is firm but fair and at the end of the day he’ll do the right thing to build you your dream home.
My wife and I still can’t believe this is our home. During the purchased of the home we realized our appraised was $50,000 more then what we were buying it for. We also just got our electric Bill and it was under $150.00 for a 1,800+ square foot home! Mitchell

They did a great job remodeling my house last year. Me roof, all new windows and doors. They stucco the whole house and drywalled our Florida room in and turned it into a great living space. I love the fact that Steve the owner came out regularly to check up on the progress. I'll use them again in the future. Don't know how to add pictures to this post or I would.

Please don’t get this guy to build a house for you! The tile in this house is popping loose, started in 2019! Been in the house for 5 years this year and this shouldn’t be. He sent 2 of his guys out and they took a grinder to the floor, made so much dust that set off the alarm system. What a mess my house was in!! He stopped by on Saturday 8-28-21 and I said I wasn’t happy about this floor and he just laughed and shook his head, said have a nice weekend! If you look at the pictures were some tile was removed, you can see this was done all wrong. Don’t know what kind of thin-set they used

I wanted to tell everyone how Impressed I am with Easy Homes 123 and Steve Mitchell. I have known Steve for many years and have nothing but Good things to tell all my friends regarding him and his Company. Their Homes are not only Beautiful, but Energy Efficient! I was so impressed when I walked through one of the new Energy Efficient homes, and opened the garage door in the middle of summer to find it at a very comfortable temperature due to the energy star features.
