I'm a designer and have been using Unique Stone for years. I can always count on them for great selection at a lot of different price points. It's my go to place whenever I want to find a unique (or even custom) stone or tile to really make my designs special. Ok,
The initial visit and order went well. But, after that the story changes. I had a small order of tile. Out of the order over 20% was not usable or broken. They stated that my contractor was lying about the broken tiles on delivery. I personally unloaded the tiles from the crate and found numerous broken tiles hidden in the stack. No lying here. The person I bought from Donna (who she stated is the manager) was quite hostile to me when I stated I was unhappy with my product. She gave me the run around that you should expect this and that my contractor wasn't competent in his knowledge. My contractor
