My wife & I would highly recommend Wendell and his crew to do any work on your home, from stick build to any type of remodeling. We did a gut and remodel and Wendell was with us every step of the way. He has good ideas and insight into how things will work together but also listens to your ideas and puts them first. He kept us in the loop on timing as with supply chain issues this is especially challenging. Honest, Reliable, hardworking and just an all around decent guy about sums it up.

If you are looking for a job well done, then look no more. CHS had worked on two projects on our home. The first was for a sunroom addition about ten years ago. We still love our sunroom. More recently, CHS built a flight of stairs in our garage into the attic, replacing a pulldown ladder. We couldn't be happier.

Wendell Varnes and Coastal Homes and Sunrooms was amazing! We envisioned a sunroom, and Wendell improved upon our vision 200%!!! I have built 4 homes from ground up, and I have never encountered a company so creative, so responsible, so professional, and so willing to work within your budget and the constraints of your site. Wendell was on-site constantly, making certain everything was going smoothly and answering all of our questions. By the time our project was finished, we felt as if we had found a friend who would always be a part of our life!

My wife and I recently used Coastal Homes and Sunrooms to screen in our porch and my wife was very pleased with the outcome. The company is very professional and they listen to everything you need from them. We are very thankful with this company. CHS completely renovated a house that was old and ugly, to say the least. The project was completed two week before the expected delivery date, the workmanship was excellent, and the design features were beautiful. Wendell was on-site often and kept me up-to-date; the communication was exceptional. And Rose is an integral part of the team's success. CHS showed me that quality work and responsive customer service can still be found. I have a beautiful home - thanks to CHS.
