Ben was professional and respectful and did an amazingly good job with our furniture and rugs. I was a little concerned to use Chem Dry because its a steam method and our rug is wool and our furniture is dry clean only. Ben tested all the fabric first and then when all looked good, he proceeded to clean. We were very happy with the results and will hire him again.

Do not have them clean your area rugs. I had 4 area rugs cleaned, the first time one was brought backed ruined, the others smelled so strong of a perfume chemical smell I could not have them in my house. He came back and said he would try to clean them again before he was willing to offer a refund. He took my rugs, I did not hear from him for 2 months. I had to contact him to find out if he was going to return my rugs. When he returned them they were no better, now 2 of them have brown spots and are ruined and the other still smell so strong I cannot have them in my house. I have $1100 worth of
