Joe did a great job with the installation, however the garage door opener keypad stopped working about 2 days after he installed it and we followed up with him and he never responded. Disappointed with the lack of follow up and not responding to us at all. It makes it seem he is just about the money for installation and not ensuring the equipment will work long term.For this reason I would not recommend.

My garage door opener stopped working last week and I called Cobalt Overhead Doors. The service man came on the same day. He explained everything as he evaluated the situation.. Together, we decided that the garage door opener, cable and wheels on the garage door needed to be replaced because they were 15 yrs. old. The serviceman had the parts on his truck and took care of the situation right away. Now I have a garage door that works very quietly and smoothly. Thank you!

With everything else going this week during the ice storm, our garage door totally messed up. The door was stuck halfway open and bent. Joe answered the call and came in a short time. I’m betting his family was having issues with electric and/or water, yet he didn’t hesitate to help us. He did an amazing job on the garage, while it was iced over and freezing outside. I highly recommend this company!!

We've had our fair share of hiccups lately and to no surprise, one of our garage doors had an "accident" today. I have never called for garage door repair before and Cobalt was the first company listed in my search. I didn't speak with Joe at first, my mother did, but I am so happy he answered the call. It was near the end of the typical work day, and we needed it repaired as soon as possible. Joe was able to get to us this evening, even after hours his rates are reasonable. He took great care of us, getting the door fixed quickly, so we could have peace of mind that it was secure for the night
