We had Tasco replace our whole HVAC system in 2014. During the initial installation, they found mold inside of the old duct work; at the time I had two toddlers. We were immediately alerted and asked to leave the house for our safety. When they were finished with the job, they went over how the system and the new thermostat.

This year, we had our roof redone, & the vent pipe had to be moved. We called Tasco to check the system to ensure things were still good. Not only did they come, Jay got into the attic and on the roof, & we weren't charged. Tasco was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but the quality has been outstanding.

Tasco began work on an A/C unit and once torn apart updated their estimate to triple the original estimate. This seemed suspicious so I ask them to pause repairs while I had 3 other HVAC companies review and estimate. All 3 other companies mentioned the full replacement was obvious (even without pulling anything apart) and all 3 came in at *half* the price Tasco quoted. During this, the Tasco rep, Laine, pressured me multiple times to close the sale immediately.
After seeing the much more reasonable prices from all 3 other companies, I explained to the Tasco rep that I wouldn't be proceeding
