The Roof Doctor is an amazing company. We have lived in the area for about a year and have several things happen to our home that required repairs. The Roof Doctor was so professional! They were efficient, Timely, and thorough. They brought in a big dumpster to put all the old materials into, and when they were finished they used a giant magnet to pick up all the nails that were on the ground.

I used The Roof Doctor for a reroof on a rental duplex. I got a fair estimate, with only work that needed to be done. I had another bid and they wanted to reroof the patio, but Rick like myself felt patio was OK for now. They took 2 plus days to remove two layers of shingles and install new wind resistant shingles. Roof now looks great and I will use The Roof Doctor again. Excellent job thanks to Rich and Rick along with their team!!

My elderly in-laws in Henderson had Rick repair the roof on their patio cover. The workmanship on the job was very poor, and asked that he come out to see the work when they were asked to make payment in full. After being shown the problems, Rick couldn't have cared less, and basically said you'll have to live with it. Rick had also over estimated how much material was required, and took away the excess to use on another job. When asked to credit them, he flatly said no. This is how Ricks company treats senior citizens on a fixed income. Run in the opposite direction, folks.

Called them for a spot on the roof that some shingles fell off during the last windstorm. After 2 weeks they came out and said that they dont do spots and gave me a couple of 4 digit quotes for services that i didnt ask for. Will pass on these guys. They might be ok for whole roofs but dont call them for anything else.

The experience with this company was not good. The Owner who came out to bid the job was carrying an iced drink that smelled as if it contained alcohol. He was nice enough and seemed to know his business so he was hired. Unfortunately he sent out crews to do the work that were piece workers. The owner did not come and check out the work that they did. It was shoddy work done in a rushed manner. The installation of the product was not done per manufacturer recommendations which completely voided the warranty for leaks. The Roof Doctor came out to give me an estimate on a leak I have on my roof. Tim was the estimator and inspected the leak and gave me an estimate. He told me the entire roof needed to be replaced on the addition to my home. I went ahead and hired them for the job. When it was all completed I promptly paid the remaining balance. They offer a 5 year warranty and workmanship on complete roofing. Fast forward a year later and my roof begina to leak in same spot. I researched many roofing companies. The majority of them were priced extremely high. Roof Doctor was reasonable, efficient and timely. I called as the vent boots were being lifted up from my roof by wind gusts. I called-Tim came out early the next day and repaired it that same day. I was pleased with the work and the immediate service.

While getting a new water heater we found out we were missing a roof tile. After problems with other roofers, we found the Rood Doctor.
They were quick to get Jesus out to inspect our roof. He was very thorough job and checked the whole roof. He let us know what he found and the office was quick to get us a repair estimate. The office quickly got us in the schedule and the repairs were done on the day they estimated.
