I give Rhino Roofing high marks. They worked uninterrupted everyday to complete our job as estimated. They were very responsive to every question, concern and message. Each day they diligently cleaned up the work site top to bottom. Kevin, the estimator, used many photos to convey the condition of the roof and problems found, which gave me confidence in their estimate.

Rhino roofing was referred to us thru Angie's list. Daniel promptly came and gave us an estimate for the work. We just moved here so did not know who to contact so we used Rhino. They came out in 2 days to do the repairs. When the pictures of repairs were emailed to us the agreed work had not been completed. We contact Daniel and he came to walk the roof with my husband. He agreed the work was not completed completely. The roofers came back a second time and finished the work to our satisfaction. I am giving a 4 star because We got no notification of the day or time they were coming. Both

I am a very busy business owner, and I normally don't allow for two hour windows for a company to show up but I made an exception with rhino roofing. They did not show up at all. Finally I got a call from them long after the appointment was scheduled for, and I was lied to by the person on the phone who told me he was here, which he was not even sure he left his business card at the door which he did not.

Used this company to fix my roof 3 years ago when heavy rain storms hit the LV area. Good: they were responsive in timely manner and price was reasonable. Bad: a few months later I sold my home. When the home inspection report indicated that there were issues with some of the tiles that were repaired I contacted them. They wanted me to pay another $500 to correct the problem that they fixed only a few months ago. I decided to credit the buyer with some $ and let them deal with the roof issue.

They did thorough, conscientious, high quality work. Service was outstanding. Initially, I thought the quoted price was high, until I saw what they did compared with what other companies did. They were unfailingly courteous and professional from the receptionist to the roofers. They left my yard cleaner than they found it. I would hire them again in a minute. In fact, a lot more work needs to be done to my house. I wish they did other kinds of projects.

If you need a simple roof repair done quickly and at a reasonable cost, move along. Rhino wants to sell you a maintenance contract, and is not interested in what may be a one time or infrequent repair relationship.

2) Estimator was professional, called when expected. He explained how they work, and that's when I got the upsell for a $750 maintenance contract.

Horrible customer service, communication, lazy staff. We made an appointment that they were an hour late for. After telling us they would be at our between certain times within a 3 hour window. After being an hour late and finally coming to our house. Kevin told us he would have our estimate to us that night. He never did. On the 3rd day we still didn't have the estimate and had to call and get it from them. Poor communication and the estimate wasn't even for the specifics we talked about and have to them. This is the 2nd roofing company I've had come out and look at a leaky valley in my roof. I was blown away by how much more knowledgeable and friendly the estimator, Kevin was vs the other company. He thoughtfully inspected the area inside the house and the roof area above and was able to give me some verbal estimates on the work almost immediately.
Kevin walked me through all of my options, answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed or like I was being upsold on repairs I didn't need.

We noticed a few cracked tiles on our roof, and were worried they might lead to leaks, so we called Rhino Roofing to check it out and give us a quote for repairs. They told us upfront when we called that they had a minimum price, so we scheduled another company to give us a quote as well. The other company was able to come take a look a few days earlier, but their quote (which we received 3 days later than expected) was for over $1,000. We were told by our painting company that our roof had missing and cracked tiles. We called Rhino Roofing and they came out to do an estimate a couple days later. They communicated by text, email and phone. The job was well done, there were more tiles they found damaged than found in their initial estimate. Again this was communicated quickly and the problem solved. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a capable, efficient company.

I received a few quotes and they are reasonably priced. But I choose them, because of their service. The rep came out to my house several times as kept changing my mind. Finally, when I choose the tile, they came in and installed it in three days total (i have a big roof). The roof looks beautiful and they left the area super clean.

We had a few tiles fall off of our roof, so we called Rhino Roofing. The process from the appointment to them fixing and cleaning our roof to the emails with the photos was spectacular. They fixed our roof, cleaned and serviced our roof without any issues or problems. When I called the office, someone answered gleefully.
