Kelsey was very nice from the start. Explained everything and answered my questions, great ambassador for the company. Then, I cancelled with the first company I scheduled with because person on the phone was not customer service oriented, which made me call Mountain Air & Heating. George, the M.A & H tech, called on his way, was on time, listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He took initiative to check the system, made additional changes and resets to make my system meet my needs. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and level of service they provided. Bonus

We had our entire HVAC system replaced by Mountain Air and Heating.
We made significant changes from what we had previously. The process was made much easier by their expertise and patience. The installation was done in one day by a very competent and helpful team. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased by the work done, and look forward to their servicing everything in the years to come. Had Gregg come out and give us a price told him we would need in about a month. They did not hound us for business during the waiting period. When we were ready for the Goodman unit to be put in I called Gregg back and they had it put in within a week. Thank you Gregg and crew we love the new unit and thank you for not leaving a mess behind to be cleaned up. We got four different quotes and glad we went with Mountain Air & Heating
