Called and got someone to come over and give us an estimate right away they emailed the price within a few days and they followed up to see if we wanted to book. I booked the order and gave them my credit card and then found out that it would be three weeks before installation. (I was upset about the date as I felt that should have been vocalized before I gave my payment information ) but they put me on a fast track list and were able to install it within the next 2 weeks. The mirrors look great they did a tremendous job. Overall very happy that I went with them.

Worked with Simon and his team to fix a shower door installed by another company. Their quote was ~50% of the quote from the company who installed the shower door to begin with. The team was professional, finished the installation today, and left everything spotless.
In the future, if I need a new shower door or a fix for my current shower door, I'll likely come to Chicago Glass & Mirror first and would recommend them to others.

Manny and Rafael were awesome. This was a complex contiguous backpainted glass countertop and mantel. The walls were completely out of square and I wanted an extremely tight fit. They worked tirelessly to get the cuts and finished product to my specs! Manny is a perfectionist. The company from Simon (sales) to Mario (operations) are all determine to make you happy with the finished product!

I used CGM for a glass shower enclosure in my master bathroom and am so far very pleased with the results. The installers David and Salvador were professional and timely. My tub isn't the most conducive to a glass enclosure, but they seemingly make it work without any issues. (Note: the blue tape in the attached pic was temporary - its since been removed)

Raphael and Ivan were amazing. Our new shower glass and door look stunning and couldn't be happier with the installation. In addition to great care and attention during the installation, both Ivan and Raphael stepped up, literally. Moments before our delivery, our elevator went out of service, but both Raphael and Ivan decided to carry two massive panes of 1/2" glass up 4.5 flights of stairs in order to get the job done. They took extreme care in maneuvering the staircase to ensure the glass remained flawless and I simply couldn't be happier. Great work from start to finish with Chicago Glass

They are easy to communicate with and willing to work with you upon getting the right pricing for your bathroom requirements. Overall I would definitely recommend their services. I've worked with another customer shower vendor before, but this one was the best! I worked with Frank B - who personally came to my home and reviewed all of my options with me. After installation, there was a small issue with some water outside of the door, but the installation crew was promptly back and fixed the issue. The final product is perfectly functional and GORGEOUS. Highly recommended - from the sale to the installation, each person was friendly, took proper safety measures, and was extremely professional. The installers were prompt, friendly and safety conscious. Communication via email was always answered quickly.

CGM did a great job with our emergency shower door replacement. They came out immediately and gave us a fair quote - Frank was very helpful in explaining what could have caused the issue, and talking through different options. The glass cut & color, pivot hardware, and handle matched the rest of the shower perfectly. The installers, Jason and Carlos, were also able to help with some wood blocking work behind the drywall.

I had a really great experience with CGM. I recently had a bathroom remodeled and received quotes from several glass installers throughout Chicago. CGM's prices were in the mid-range (not the lowest, not the highest) but I'm glad I went with them. Simon Buckmaster, Mario Navarrete, and their installation crew were great to work with--- extremely patient, listened to what I wanted, and did their best to achieve the look I wanted while taking safety measures/code into consideration not to mention very nice. They also have a large showroom up north that helped to visualize how the glass

We had an excellent experience using CG&M to install a glass door in our shower. Kevin is who came out to give us a quote. He was was very friendly and professional and got the quote to us quickly.
Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the guy who came to do final measurements, but he was also great. He was right on time, worked quickly and efficiently and explained that they would need to alter the original design of the door because the shower bench wasn't level. His new plan is even better than the original, and best part is that it didn't cost more!
