I called in the morning, frantic, everything was backing up in my home
I told them I took the day off to take care of the problem, when she told me that they we're booked totally for the day my heart started racing then she ask me if she can call me back in a few minutes to see what she can do I said sure.
She called me back and told me that she had someone coming but it was going to be a while for them to get to me since they booked up I said no problem.
Then Chris had texted me that he was on his way about 20 minutes later I said perfect.
Chris came and did a great job, made me very relaxed

I used 1/2 Price Plumbing for the first time and must say without any hesitation, I was very impressed. The professionals we had were Zac and his apprentice Jorge. They were on time, very quickly knew exactly what the issues were, and immediately quoted me a price and began work. They had all the equipment which was so great, as in most cases many contractors almost always needs to leave to get materials and come back. Not these guys. The job isn't finished yet but would give 5 stars as of today.

We needed a new toilet installed as well as a valve repaired for a bathroom downstairs for our 92 year old mother. Not only was the company flexible with scheduling, the plumber Christopher went above and beyond to make sure we had the best toilet purchased for our family needs, was on time and professional. I would highly recommend 1/2 price plumbing.

This company was quick to respond when I had to shut off the water to my entire house. The estimate provided (flat fee) was less than others and the online reviews were good, so I went with them. The actual invoice ended up being 50% more than my original estimate because the glue did not hold the first time around!

We've used a couple different plumbing companies in the past, and this was by far our favorite. The plumber who helped us, Chris, was super friendly, transparent, and professional. You could tell he's been plumbing for awhile. He was able to troubleshoot an overly complicated shower faucet issue we we've been dealing with for months. Great quality job. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.

We have a leak on a pipe, call another plumbing co. and they said we had to repipe the whole house, then we call 1/2 PP they detected where the problem was and repipe just that section, with minimal damage on the walls at a very reasonable price. Mathew explained very easy for us what the problem was and how to fix it. We strongly recommend 1/2 PP

I used this company on two previous occasions for emergency work and was satisfied with the results. However with the most recent experience I was highly disappointed with the quality of work and the response from the owner who claims to stand by his plumber's work and refused to offer a partial refund for work that was overpriced and of very poor quality and workmanship compared to the remedial work that had to be done for the work to pass inspection. While I understand that I didn't reach out to them before the remedial work was done, I didn't have time to do so as the contractor

We had no hot water and called at 9;00 am. Our hot water heater was old so we suspected we would need a new one. At 1:00 pm we had a brand new hot water tank. The service was fast, efficient and priced reasonably. Chris took care of us. He was friendly and wore a mask to ensure safe contact. We highly recommend Chris and this company.

Our experience was awful with 1/2 Plumbing on every level. From not honoring the appointment time (we were called out of work to meet their schedule) to an aggressive 'plumber', we paid $125 to have a 'screw placed back into a faucet (even though we were told we would have a "$15 estimate". Total time, 5 minutes. To replace two faucets (our expense to buy the bathroom faucets) we were told we would pay $370 to install the faucets but that they would not guarantee workmanship even if they drove away and it did not work the following day. We had a small leak in the toilet + a number of other smaller issues. I called and spoke to Paul who sent Chris out two days later (he was ready to send the Tech out the next day, but I was the one who requested the delay). I came home one night and I had water in my kitchen I had no idea where it was coming from called them the next day they were at my house in an hour and proceeded to fix my problem they also help me to get a remediation specialist. They were so helpful and put me at ease. They not only fixed the leak but kept me calm there work was clean and efficient. Needless to say they are now my new plumbers
