Made an appointment yesterday afternoon for an estimate this morning at ten. At ten twenty I had to call and ask when they planned to get here. I was told this was normal.i explained when I made the appointment that I had something to do at eleven.if this is normal,there is no way I'm getting involved with these people.

I used Vargas developments to install a complete new HVac unit I was more than happy with outcome and price of the job he didn’t sell me on anything other than what unit I wanted which I appreciated! We had an excellent experience with Vargas developments for our driveway extension!!! They went above and beyond the standard and someone was there each day of construction as well as clean up to ensure things were going as planned. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Part one of two, as Vargas Development is performing two different projects for me. The first project was replacing the master bedroom carpet. Sam gave us a quote and it was reasonably priced. After we agreed to the contract he called back later and stated due to the room configuration there would be enough carpet to replace the master bedroom closet and they would be willing so that task free of charge. On the day of installation, Jose did a magnificent job and we were very happy with the quality of work.

Sam and his father came out to give me a quote. Not only did they offer the best price, they also offered to install great quality equipment. They were the lowest bid and I still got two 3 ton Trane HVAC units. In about 7 hours, they replaced both units and I was up and running again. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using this company in the future for other work.

Vargas developments exceeded my every expectation. It’s a family owned business and the father came out to look over the job. I've now had multiple excellent experiences with Sam Vargas and Vargas Developments. A little over a year ago I had my AC go out for the second time and after shopping very quickly due to how hot our home was without the AC not only was Sam the best I ended up with better quality units at a price that beat the lower quality quotes. Vargas wasn’t the cheapest bid we had for our 770 sq ft patio, but they offered so much more for the $. Sam and his father run a tight friendly business. We chose them not only because they were League City local, but live in the same neighborhood. Very credible. We had a problem with the City getting the permit approved and postponed the procedure by 3 weeks, but not by any fault of Vargas.
