We have used Proservice for a total bathroom remodel, which was amazing, and a small kitchen renovation. Adam treated our old home as if it was a his own. He would uncover a problem, and come up with a solution! He really knows what he's doing! That is why we called them again to do a simple flooring installation, and ended up needing to change out an electrical outlet so that our refrigerator could be on a dedicated outlet. It took a little longer, but it is now done right!

The customer service and repair service at this location are both A++. Left a message on a Sunday and they called back that day to see if it was an emergency or something for the work week. They got us booked in on Monday and the technician Ken was courteous, prompt and fixed the issue in a very prompt manner. I will use this company for all my home repair/remodel needs.

Morgan, the receptionist, was kind, helpful and honest while answering my questions when I first called. Chris, the technician, was on time, up front about pricing, explained what needed to be done and why. He did not try to up-sale me while being professional and respectful of my home. I am writing this because they did a superb job and it's nice too be able to trust the people that come into your home.

I would definitely recommend Proservice and Plumber Chris again!!! Chris showed up on time, He was polite and professional. He didn't waste any time, and got to work right away on unclogging our drains and it only took an hour. He got our toilets working again and charged us a reasonable price!!!

We moved to Fredericktown in October, 2019 and didn't know a soul. I guess we were lucky to find Proservice. We have had numerous problems fixed in the two mobile homes that we own as well as a bathroom remodeled in our house. Adam did a stellar job on the remodel pretty much by himself and worked with our schedule very well.
There are two problems that made this a four star review and not five. I believe the repairs we have had done were fairly priced for the work that was done but I think the bathroom was somewhat overpriced. Also I went back to the website to do this review and realized there

The entire team at ProService was genuine and helpful. From Morgan in the office to Duane and his team at our property, I really enjoyed working with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future needs. We had some issues with our plumbing and needed our lateral dug up to find the issues. They took great care in explaining each step of the process and making an unpleasant situation a little bit easier.
