UPDATE: Now water is streaming into the basement right where the new sewer pipe comes through the wall. I've been mopping it constantly today. This is crazy awful! Buyer Beware.

Made an appointment to look at our water heater, which we thought just needed a quick fix. Turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, and we had some miscommunication on both sides. Mark was extremely professional and diffused the situation quickly. We ended up having to get a new water heater, which was installed by MRC the same day with no issues. In today's world, you need to appreciate people who are honest, willing to go the extra mile to help their customers and take pride in their work. We will be using MRC for all of our plumbing needs from now on!

I called at 7:30 pm, booked for 11 am, and the techs were here by 10. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They discovered a serious issue and were able to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why, then fix it quickly at a surprisingly low cost. I will absolutely be using MRC again!
