Had several questions regarding their product. Assistant was able to answer everything quickly through a text message and was then able to send me an invoice to purchase the item through email. Entire process was extremely simple and the assistant was helpful

Found a great consultant in Tina. Ordered a custom piece from Bassett projected to be completed in March. I will be back to work with her again. She was so patient and helpful with my fabric selection. Found the perfect color and type of fabric for my needs. Looking forward Chapin furniture becoming my new furniture store. Great selection.

Ms. Lou and the staff was very helpful and very professional in helping us design and layout the Furniture. If I kept my Wife in the store any longer I will go bankrupt.. just kidding. I look forward to purchasing and working with Chapin Furniture again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Chapin Furniture. At first, nobody asked if they could help us. We walked all over downstairs and upstairs with no assistance. Several employees were sitting at the round sales table. One employee was helping a couple but the others just sat at the counter. When I went back downstairs a wonderful young lady appeared. Recently bought a new sectional. I loved that there was No pressure and no sales person following me around. If I had questions they were available but no hounding me!

Just no! I can count on one hand the number of times I have left a bad review for a company. This was an absolutely terrible experience. New mattress completely worn out after just 2 years and because of a stain at the foot of the bed the company would do NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING to even meet us halfway on this purchase that ended up being a total loss. 5 minutes into a reasonable, not belligerent discussion about how we didn't feel like we were getting a fair deal after all we had paid them for this product the business owner literally hangs up the phone on my wife. Things just devolved

We recently moved here from NJ and are building a home in Chapin. Teresa was so wonderful with helping us chose the furniture we needed. She was never pushy and never hovered. She allowed us the time and space to shop, but was readily available to help when we needed her. She spent a lot of time working with us. We will definitely be back again and would absolutely recommend Chapin Furniture and Teresa!

We've been super happy with our purchases here. We loved that we were able to custom order exactly what we were looking for. The wait time to receive furniture was comparable to anywhere else we would've custom ordered furniture from. The location and selection of furniture was convenient for us. We'd definitely buy from here again.

Horrible customer service. We bought furniture for two rooms and were told that it would take up to 4 weeks to get our furniture. After 6 weeks went by I called to see what was going on and I was told it would be at least 3 more weeks until they got the furniture from NC... not to mention the time it would take to deliver it to us. Because it was well past the time promised and bc we were only waiting on 2 out of the 6 pieces of furniture I purchased, I asked if they would go ahead and deliver the furniture they already had. However, Courtney refused to work with me and told me that if they delivered
