Don't waste your money here. The instructor's test prep material is full of mistakes and errors making it not very useful as a study tool. Rather than answer students' question or provide insight into test structure and content, the instructor seems more content to:
1) Answer questions with questions
2) Tell you how PSI is out to get you
3) Read arbitrary passages directly out of the reference books
4) Tell stories about former students
5) Speak broadly about the test in nonsensical maxims.
The class also started about 30 minutes late on both days. On the first day, the instructor spent roughly

In addition to getting 2 full days of prep for the test, they also offer all the books you need to prepare for the exam. The exam is open book and if you buy the books from them they are pre-highlighted and many have tabs too for quick reference. The handout materials include numerous practice questions and "homework" that will have you prepared for anything you'll face on the exam. One of the unexpected bonuses of the class was getting "test taking" strategies and insight from the instructor that helped know what to expect and how to take the computer-based exam strategically. Well worth the money

I currently attended the 2 day class at Contractors Seminars. This was very informative and definitely gave me all of the tools necessary to pass the GC licensing test the first go around. They offer books with tabs for easy flipping during the test. They also highlight the main points in each section, which saved me a lot of time. Bill gets you mentally ready to take an exam that PSI designed to make most people fail. I would recommend Contractor Seminars to anyone interested in becoming licensed in general contracting!!! Definitely worth the money!!
