Called other water damage companies in Massapequa and nobody picked up the phone at 2:30 in the morning except these guys at Servpro in Amityville. My house had water all over the place when we came back from vacation and a pipe broke under the sink. They showed up within an hour and were cleaning up water. They had a crew of guys running extractors and pumps. Great group of guys. Very friendly. Thanks for coming out to Massapequa in the middle of the night.

I would highly recommend the team from this ServPro office. I had a basement flood resulting in damage of personal property. The team arrived promptly, explained the removal process of water and damaged property and proceeded to complete the work thoroughly and in a timely fashion. The manager worked efficiently and effectively with the insurance company. All workers were courteous and competent.

I had a flood caused by a broken hose to my hot water feed in my upstairs bathroom that had been running all day. I came home from work to a massive flood. These guys showed up in less than an hour and in a few hours time had cleaned up all the water, took down all the damage and had stopped the water from running. I was so grateful, when I walked in after a long day at the office this was the last thing I needed, but by the time I went to bed my house was cleaned up and my damage water logged items had been removed. I am truly grateful for the great work this guys did and they got my insurance
