Pioneer Roofers did an excellent job when I hired them to replace the roof last year. It's held up wonderfully, and they were just great to work with. They were extremely professional and always very timely and well-prepared. Their work was efficient and neat, and the clean-up was impeccable. This was my first time using Pioneer Roofers. I needed a full roof replacement. The owner Mike came out and met with me and walked the roof with me. He pointed out some of his concerns and how he would tackle them. He was very professional. Then, he gave me an estimate and came in and actually did the project. So far, so good. The new roof looks really nice and seems to be holding up. I would surely recommend them!

I thought the job Pioneer Roofers did connect a new roof to my old house, and tying it to the new one was terrific! I think they were very thorough and honest with me. They gave me an estimate of the cost, and the quality of the material was wonderful. I like the fact that I could talk to Sandie about what I wanted to be done, and in return, she was understanding and listened very well.

Called them panicked about a leaking skylight last night (on a weekend, at night, in a major RAINSTORM no less) and they were at our home in less than 30 minutes. Requested no-contact per COVID19 and a high risk person living in the home. They happily obliged. In less than 20 minutes the leak was stopped and we could breath again. Very friendly. Very professional!
Worth noting that when I called, he took the call while standing in the pouring rain putting the ladder back on his truck finishing up someone else’s emergency. Honestly, best service ever!

When in my attic, I found some small leak issues with solar tubes I’d installed several years ago. I called Mike from a reference. He was very responsive, gathered the information he needed, gave me a rough quote right there. Then got back to me in a few hours with a full quote. And due to an scheduling issue, pioneer was able to get to my project in less than a week. The workmen were courteous and communicated what they planned to do as well as confirming decisions with me. I really appreciated they’re attention to detail and patience with me. I very much recommend Pioneer roofing.

Very happy with the work that the guys over at Pioneer Roofers did for me recently. I had done some shopping, and these guys gave me the most competitive price, so I went with them. I got excellent value because the quality of their work was fantastic. Not only did they do high-quality work, but they were also just straightforward to work with while on the job. They kept all of their equipment neat and tidy while doing the work, and once they were finished, they did a thorough clean up which I really appreciated. The job was done correctly, and I am so glad that I went with these guys!

Overall, we had a great experience with Pioneer Roofers. I will say the estimate/scheduling part was a bit of a struggle, communication wasn’t all that great, and I had to reach out to them a couple times to find out what was happening...but they came in exponentially lower than all the others and once we were on the schedule they were INSANELY fast and did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! The crew was super polite and worked hard cleaning up their messes, even past dark. They completely replaced our roof in 2 days, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
