Very bad experience. Besides the salesman, we received horrible service from office staff and mediocre craftsmanship. Scheduling the work was frustrating. Finding 30 (yes thirty) nails on the ground outside my home was upsetting. My five-year old brought a handful when he was playing. Had to have them come back to finish their job, cauking and corners. They stepped on a downspout. Didnt say anything. Aaked to have it replaced. They cut the bent part off. Wont recommend to anyone who doesnt want to waist their time arguing to get what they paid for finished.

I needed one window replaced. I called a dozen companies but Empire was the only one who was willing to take on a small job. I appreciate their patience in answering all my questions and their customer service (specifically Victoria in the office and Dontay who came to do the estimate) is top notch. They were able to order my window and do the install quickly despite the supply chain issues going on right now. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

Empire installed my new windows throughout my house. I knew it would be pricey, but quality costs money. The gentleman that came to do the estimated cost and to explain the windows Empire has to offer, was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He answered any and all questions. I am so very pleased with the end product. The windows look incredible. The crew that came to my house were amazing. These 3 gentlemen were professional and paid close attention to every detail to provide the end product and service I expected and promised. We used Empire to update an aging property. Work done was remodel a sunroom (windows, doors, wall work), soffits, facia, sidings and gutters.

I had Empire replace 12 windows on my home. The entire process from the time the sales consultant came out to the final installation was top notch. I had to wait a little longer due to delays but they kept me informed every step of the way. When it came time for installation, they sent their installer Chris and his helpers and they banged out the job in 1 day and everything looks great! I will definitely be using them again and will refer them to family and friends.

I had the front windows replaced. The original windows were a set of 6 with the bottom windows opening as crank windows. They were not in the best of conditions. Empire gave me a great quote and kept me informed about delays, etc. The installer, Brian was courteous and professional. They were installed in no time. The windows give the home a better look. The windows are good quality and I have had numerous compliments. The white framed windows are my new windows. The other pic is before the replacement.

I found this contractor online and decided to go with them after I saw all the great reviews of work they did. I got a dormer installed for my upper half story to make it walkable to get upstairs. A fairly large and expensive endeavor. I was informed before install if there were any issues that they would be remedied after install. The work was great and I was happy till the snow melted and I started to have a large puddle by my back porch that was seeping into my foundation. The gutters that were installed were not lined up properly or fitted together to prevent this. I notified the company back

This company restored our faith in contractors! We had to have our siding and gutters redone after a less consciences company did everything wrong. The company that we originally hired to do our homes exterior had an A+ on the BBB but they did not tell us that they had just started the bankruptcy process and they did poor work. They would not respond to us when within 6 months the siding started to fall off and the windows literally fell out.
We were very nervous about starting the process over! But the entire team at Empire Home Remodeling was great! They really took our concerns into consideration

Empire came and quoted us for some new windows. We were extremely impressed with the salesman, because we were not really ready to pull the trigger, but by the end we knew we would be. He was not pushy whatsoever but was confident enough to allow us time to think and call him back a few days later. The windows Empire sells are top of the line. Very impressed with them now that they are installed but i am more impressed with the company. Very easy to deal with, responsive, caring, knowledgeable. Everything you'd hope for as an inexperience home owner. Highly recommended. Will absolutely use them
