Jay Ice provides Foundation Repairs. Including Basement Waterproofing, Interior Drain Tile Replacement, Basement Wall Support Beams, Grading Around Foundation and Installation of Basement Egress Windows. We bought a new house with a water issue in the basement. Jay did the work in the basement (weep holes, drain tile) as well as did a French drain and some grading work outside.
I am really happy with Jay's work. We have had some pretty considerable rain the past week and everything is dry. Jay kept us in the loop and explained everything. He also was great with our kids (twin 4 year old's). One is very into construction and Jay let him help smooth concrete and other little things.
He really enjoyed it. Both Jay and Jackie were stand up people to work with and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done. We have used Jay Ice Foundation Repair on multiple properties. As investors, we have used other foundation repair companies. Finally, we found the best. Jay is amazing to work with.

Wonderful job, wonderful crew and wonderful owner. They put in a beautifull egress window, along with fixing my wall that was falling in and put in a new drain system in my basement. Very knowledgeable and professional all the way through.
