Greenwell Heating and Cooling installed the heating and a/c system in our new home built in 2018. The installer's work was very clean and neat. We had a problem with the outside temperature gauge after we moved in, and Curtis came out quickly and replaced it. We have had no issues since. We are very pleased with our system.

Great service and customer support! They were able to schedule me quickly to replace my old air conditioning unit that went out during quarantine. Curtis gave me several options that I could choose from and gave me pros and cons for each. Did not push one option over another. Let me decide which would work best for me financially and for my home. Highly recommend them! They are based out of Troy NC but will drive to surrounding locations. I am around 45 mins away and it was not a problem for them to come to me. Can’t beat the customer service and experience he has to offer.

Greenwell Heating and Cooling is hands down the best company. They are fast in response, follow up, and have the best customer service. Zac came to my house to service, and he called me to tell me what he did and gave options on what would work best. Just an amazing experience!
