Starting out small, with only one vehicle and a 300 square foot office space, Bialer and his wife, Sharon, were committed to growing their business by providing honest pricing for quality services.

We service all makes and models of ANY manufacturer. The Thursday night before the Labor Day weekend at 10:30 pm, I discovered my air was not working.
The efficiency of heat pumps is rated according to their Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER). The SEER rating is the BTU of cooling output during a typical cooling season divided by the total electric energy input in watt-hours during the same period. The higher the SEER rating of a unit, the more energy efficient it is.

Charged me $175 for a $20 capacitor. You can buy these anyplace for about $20.00. $90.00 for service call OK $50.00 for after hour charge. The Tech was at my next door neighbors house fixing their unit so I asked if he could look at mine while he was here. So to walk 50 feet $140.00 plus $175.00 for the capacitor total $337.00. Last company I used 2 years ago charged me $150.00 for the exact same job and came out on a Sunday. job. Exactly the same work was done. Ridiculous. I tried calling the company to speak with the owner but the number

Called Temp Control to come look at some concerns I had about my AC unit downstairs. The response time is amazing. They wanted to come same day but I couldn't do it because of work. They came 2 days later at a convenient time for me. AJ came and let me ask a million questions and answered every single one. He looked over my unit, explained why this happens and why that happens. Very professional and made me feel 100% valued and I really appreciated him letting me be annoying and following him around asking questions. 10/10 would recommend and liked them so much I purchased their 2 year preventative

In a word, professional. I've dealt with several of the Heating and Air companies in the Seven Lakes area and have been unimpressed until now. Matt was truly professional and spoke very highly of his staff/technicians and their experience. The technicians that installed a new 4 American Standard unit were professional, courteous and were able to articulate what they were doing when asked. Additionally, they spoke highly of the company they work for.
