This is my second experience with King Heating and Air. My first was last September for a commercial repair of a blower motor. That was of course 5 Stars also. This time was for my residence and Ashton is a top notch communicator from start to finish coordinating the schedule of parts and installation. Her dedication to a successful visit from the technician is where it all begins. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. Cody was our technician last September and I requested him again because his professionalism and skills are the best

I cannot say enough positive things about King! Sean, Cody, Ashton, everyone has been amazing to work with. When your heat goes out on the coldest night of the year - it's a blessing to have these people on your speed dial. They have worked with me and my family to make sure that we were warm and taken care of while we're repairing our system. I can't say enough. Their maintenance program is an amazing benefit. Outstanding customer service by Ms. Ashton. She really went above and beyond with answering all my questions prior to me requesting a technician to come out and diagnose my HVAC system. She was very considerate of my situation and my concerns, well beyond anything I've experience with other similar companies/ services. My technician Cody was very professional and very upfront. He answered all my questions to my full satisfaction. He was my second opinion for this particular issue/ fault and he did not try to sway me for my business in any way, he simply addressed all my concerns and even answered

The technician Cody and customer service rep was the greatest repair experience I’ve ever had. I called 8:05 am and King air was able to see me 9:30 am same day. Cody arrived 9:16 am and was ready to work. First thing he introduced himself and the next thing and most importantly was a proper I’m here to help handshake and attitude. He asked 3 questions and was able to diagnose the problem in 20 minutes. Great guy and great company. The company understands the stress of summer heat and winter cold. They will do anything to get your hvac working. I will definitely use them for any future needs

King has replaced both our downstairs and upstairs units. They’ve always been great. Today Cody came out to do routine maintenance and check everything. He was polite, took time to answer my questions, and even took time to put my new filters in for me. He was quick, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend! We had another local AC company come out to inspect our units since they are 13 years old and we don't want them to die during the heat of summer. They recommended we replace our 2 ton unit so we had King come out for a second opinion (based on recommendations in our neighborhood page) and to get another estimate for replacement cost.
