I use to use Bill Howe Plumbing but I felt their prices were too high so I switched to Straightline Plumbing. The first job I used them for was installation of a new water heater and I was very happy with their service and the price I paid. This time I called for a toilet repair. It was a simple job and took less than a half hour. The tech was polite, snd did a good job but the price I felt was too high. I asked why so expensive at $199 and did they raise their prices. Tech said 'everything is going up'. I then called Bill Howe to get a comparison quote. Turns out I would have paid

Richard was a God send! My bath tub faucet broke and I had to shut the entire water off for my whole house. My home warranty program sent my service call to Straightline Plumbing. Richard, from Straightline Plumbing came over within an hour to shut the water off to just the bathtub, so I could use the rest of the water in the house. Then, the part arrived to fix the faucet late on a Friday night. Richard came over and fixed the faucet right after the part arrived, late on a Friday night. Untrustworthy service in an emergency. Even though the emergency was during the weekend, I felt that the price charged was outrageous. For 2 1/2 hours of work their price amounted to $400 per hour and the worker that was assigned for the work seemed tentative although polite.
The impression I was given is that the plumbing industry is dishonest and looks for ways to gouge the consumer when at a disadvantage. Plus, if your plumbing problem is in anyway connected to irrigation, they won't help you.

I am extremely happy with the service provided to me! We had 2 other plumbing companies come out and they had NO IDEA what they were doing. Straightline customer service is top notch! I called with a plumbing issue reported by a tenant and they squeezed me in the same day. The rep was friendly and helpful, and called me back when she said she would. The plumber showed up to the unit and found that the fix was minor and repaired it right away. Communication from beginning to end was excellent. They were dependable and understanding. I will definitely be calling Straightline first the next time I need a plumbing repair.

Manny was awesome. I have an HOA that recommended this company. He was professional came in (with gloves, mask and boot covers) and assessed what I needed. My angle stops behind the stackable washer and dryer weren't shutting off so I could have my unit replaced. My delivery was already scheduled and I was worried it wouldn't get done. Nope he was great in and out in under an hour. Swapped the valves so blue is hot and red is cold but they work and I'll just relabel them. Not worth swapping them out. One year warranty. And I'd for sure call them again if needed.

I called Straightline Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor who had used them several times. With the COVID lockdown, we had put off several plumbing jobs, and were down to one usable toilet, and one shower. We're an older couple, so it wasn't an emergency, but it was bothersome.

They are amazing. So 1 1/2 ago our water heater flooded our house and these guys came and got your old unit out and made sure that they set us up to have hot water through the restoration. Fast forward to this week and our new water heaters burner goes out. They came and tried to repair it. When they couldn't fix it they replaced the whole water heater and didn't charge us a dime even though our warranty with them was expired. They just wanted to make sure we had hot water and were taken care of. I will defiantly be using them for any other plumbing needs.

These guys are the worst.
Left a message last night. No call back, so I called this morning. They were able to come in about an hour but I'd have to confirm with my tenant. My tenant didn't answer so I texted him back within 10 mins to see if they were able to come an hour later so I could open up if the tenant wasn't available. I didn't get a response back so I called them 10 mins later and the guy tells me his guy is already there and goes on and on. Bare in mind, he's 35 mins early, which normally is nice but at 8:25am it's too early for a 9am appt, and keeps

While I honestly hope your experience is better, mine was atrocious. I am dealing with two leaking shower valves and a sink that needs a new faucet. Called Straightline, answered the call immediately and 'Benny' came to my home within an hour (great start!). Benny said he would need to order parts and he would give me a quote by the end of the day (a Wednesday). I called Friday after he never called back. He said parts were to be ordered, I gave a verbal approval.
