Micah is awesome! He came daily to work on our water damaged laundry room and as a stay at home mom with a 4 month old and wild toddler as well as 3 dogs, he went out of his way each day to make us feel comfortable and allow me time to quiet my toddler when he explained what he was completing that day.
It is hard to have people come to the house during naptimes but he was very respectful of our needs and property. He did a wonderful job! Although we hope not to need water damage services again, if we do 1st response/ Micah is who we'll call First!

I never leave reviews but I feel like I need to save other people from going through the same BAD experience we had with this company. We had a leak at home and had to get our pipes repaired. The entire flooring ended up needing to be replaced. They estimated the job to be done in a month. We checked in at a hotel in early August and was not able to move back in until early November. Here are just some of the major issues we had with this company:

When my sink was leaking and my shower drain was clogged I figured no plumbers would be able to come out during the quarantine, 1st Response Plumber came out the next day, right on time. He wore gloves, kept his distance and was in and out of our house quickly. We can now do dishes and shower! Thank you!
