JC Plumbing is a family owned and operated company serving San Diego County since 2002. We have over 35 years of experience in the trade and are fully insured, bonded and licensed. We perform new installations and offer service and repair for commercial, residential and industrial properties. We service residential and commercial properties and specialize in HOA properties.
We will coordinate services and investigations with HOA managers and set up maintenance plans to keep your buildings in top shape. Our office staff is available during regular work hours and we always have one of our staff members as an emergency dispatchers available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to take care of any emergency.
We also offer full restoration, remediation, complete flood, mold and fire restoration services. Our customers can have complete repair services by making just one phone call to us. Having bought new washer/dryer and dishwasher at the Home Depot, the installers said the angle stops were frozen and they would not touch it until new ones were installed. I called JC plumbing that night and they squeezed me in for the next day. They sent out ANDRES LOPEZ, who was absolutely amazing on the fixes and did in GREAT job. He went above and beyond and we could not be happier with his workmanship!!! 5+ STARS!!! We will definitely be using you in the future and would highly recommend your services to friends and family.

I've had two previous jobs from other companies fixed by JCP&H. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Not sure why the low stars, surprising to see. Both my toilet (done 8 months ago), and and my new kitchen sink/faucet (finished a few days ago) are done super clean. They even cleaned up the mess they made in front of my condos. Victor is a pro. These guys all day.

Hi I just want to let you know I did do my research sooo to change a kitchen faucet and angle stops underneath the sink the best quote was JC plumbing, I did call Hoa and you need 48 hour notice to shut off water, they do a courtesy printing of letting homeowners know and turn off the valves and they are familiar with our building cause Hoa uses them so the quote is $385

My condo had an upstairs unit pipe leaking down to mine, the HOA called it in and it took JC Plumbing 1 1/2 days to come see it. The water damage was so extensive that the HOA hired another company not JC Plumbing to demo the closet areas drywall and texture and was later going to be reinstalled through the HOA. HOA rehired JC plumbing since they also have a Restorations Company, they were to install insulation, drywall, and texture to the closet and a partial bedroom wall. Hector the manager said it would take 1 1/2 days to finish it, it took 1 entire week and had to be calling him to get updates

First off, I can see why you would attempt to discredit my review as a possible fraudulent one. Let me assure you that I did contract your company as you already know and if you truly cannot decipher Rudy is my nickname then you should stick to plumbing, and leave the thinking for people more suited to it. Now let's address the fact that this con took place close to 3 years ago and you are just now addressing it. In December 2017 JC Plumbing & Heating installed an external air conditioner and repaired attic ducting, hired by our HOA to replace damage done by a falling power pole.
The new air conditioner stopped working in July of 2018, and the company asked for $189.50 to come out and check their work. We declined, and hired another company. The tech found that JC had not used eletrical connections (or even electrical tape), but had duct taped wires together, leaving stripped wire areas uncovered (picture #1). The shoddy workmanship was the cause of the failure, and the external unit worked fine

I have now had JC Plumbing & Heating come out to my condo for repairs 3 times and I cannot say enough good things about them. When I first started calling around for a plumber, this company was one of the only ones who actually answered their phone and responded to my request immediately. I dealt with this company by accident. My upstairs neighbor had a leak involving her water heater and a pinhole leak between the shared walls of our units. My neighbor hired this company based on the fact that the HOA here uses them.
My neighbor initially called the company way before Christmas and after the plumber came out, he shared there was mold involved so he couldn't fix the leak until the carpenters came out. Worst company ever! Our HOA uses this company as their go to plumbing company and they have been called out by my association for water issues multiple times to have no resolutions and bill my association for their time of showing up. Had to hire separate plumbers to handle situations while my association continues to pay them for showing up to do nothing. Resulting in other plumbers to give proper quote of what was needed!

I hired this company for a job that should of only taken 6 weeks it took 4 months they take advantage of people. They also awork part time and claim they work all 8 hours they would show up at 8:45 take a lunch at 12 to 1:15 then leave at 2:155 so the won't catch traffic. I wish I would of done my homework on them but I hope this help someone out.

My most recent encounter with this company left me dumb founded. In my experience, This is the most arrogant, self righteous company I have dealt with.
This company is replacing all of the plumbing in our condo building. Our tenant reported a leaky shower faucet in April. Since the company had plumbers on site we asked that they check the faucet. They sent an invoice to our management company in August for checking the leak (inspection was done in April) in the amount of $57.50, reduced from their standard rate of $105, due to a plumber being

Many thanks to Enrique Porter of JC Plumbing and Heating. I woke to discover my sewer lateral backed-up and spewing raw sewage out of my sidewalk clean-out on to the curb. As I tried to clean the mess and snake the line with my light-weight 1/4 inch, 25 foot hand auger, Enrique drove by on his way to another job and stopped to help. He had to call in for the big gun (3/4 inch , 100 foot power auger). The lateral took 75 feet of twisting to cut through the roots but he cleaned it out. Now to get the city to clean it properly!.

Thank you JC Plumbing for providing great services to my new Home Buyers in Chula Vista. I am a Real Estate agent in the San Diego area and my clients purchased a home they really loved and the seller was not able to do all the repairs as we requested but the buyers wanted this home since it was their Dream home for their new beginning. After we closed Escrow I referred them to JC Plumbing and Heating. The New Home Owners were Happy with the professionalism and honest work they did.
