My husband called Leo for a bid on our roof, as we will be selling in a couple of years. Leo and crew were VERY PROFESSIONAL and on time for everything. The dumpster was delivered on Wednesday morning and old comp torn off. By Thursday afternoon, we had a new roof! There wasn’t a speck of old comp anywhere in the flower beds. I would and will recommend Leo and crew to anyone!

The roof install seemed typical, except that they used large staples to hold plastic sheeting to our house which left small holes everywhere in our painted cedar siding and also left staples on our driveway. Our biggest complaint is that they wrote up a job Scope and Specifications which included our house and detached 1 car garage. The scope services included "***Install 5K style gutters and downspouts for promotion color:white***W/garage". However when they installed the gutters they did not install gutters on the garage, when I called the salesman the same day, he said the quote did not include

There are not words to express how pleased we are with AMPRO Builders of Tacoma. From our initial meeting with Leo to the finished roof. Everything was done professionally, on time and to our satisfaction. The crew arrived at 8:20 am and began their work. No lag time. Every worker had his job and went about it efficiently. Polite and courteous as well. We chose a more expensive shingle but Leo's basic bid was comparable to 4 other companies we contacted. We even received a military discount. The new roof on our 2000 sf house with a two car attached job, replacing 4 skylights and installing gutter

I went with Ampro to replace our roof, which is big (over 55 squares) and challenging. Ampro removed the old roof, replaced the sheathing in several spots and installed the new roof in 2 days. I was very impressed with the installation and how hard and efficient the crew worked to complete the roof. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor was very refreshing. They finished the roof with no surprises in costs and cleaned the entire area around the house. I am so happy I chose Ampro because Leo and his crew were great to work with. Our roof looks great and I highly recommend Ampro!!

We needed our roof replaced and got bids from several companies. Am pro offered the best overall value. Leo took the time to explain exactly what work was needed and how it would be completed. The work was scheduled and the crew showed up as scheduled. They completed the entire job in one day. They cleaned up before they left so well even my wife was happy. Leo is a great communicator and was always quick to respond. He made the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend Am pro!

The team that did the work was good. My problem is with Leo and the owner. You made a bid and put it on paper. I never heard you say anything about a discount and it's not on the paper work. Your ad on the web says nothing about paying full price to get a free TV. you made good money from us. Plus you said it would be a 6 person team out here and there was only 5. We asked about you putting on a gutter over the back door and you said you would take care of it. You did not!!!. I feel like we got ripped off!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!! If I could stop payment on check I would. You probably took it to the bank

I compared many products and companies to replace the roof. I chose to use Ampro builders to replace my roof. They had the best looking product for the best price. They maintained a clean job site and we’re very quick, but safe did an excellent job!. The sales and financing team were very friendly and helpful. We took our time and got many estimates for our Queen Anne Victorian home, garage and cottage. Not your ordinary style of roofing project. We have had bad experiences in the past with contractors however by far, this company went above and beyond our expectations. The experience was exceptional thanks to Leo from start to finish. What professionals! Our renter called with a leak on Saturday. Leo was there within an hour to assess the picture and had the whole team out on Monday to do a beautiful replacement that was much needed. They texted us photos at each step and were done by dark. I was very pleased to work with Ampro Builders. I had them re-roof my duplex in Tacoma. I was so pleased at their quality of work and the materials they used that I contracted them to do my house and shop in Edgewood. I had them roof, paint, install new skylights and gutters. Leo worked diligently in making sure my satisfaction was met. Leo got the required permits and was professional 100% of the time. It is not easy working around established trees and shrubs.

I can't rate their workmanship, because I didn't hire them. But, I'm rating my experience as a potential customer. I met with Leo from Ampro Builders 2 weeks ago. I was looking for a quote for new siding. We walked the house and he said he'd email me something in a few days. Never heard from him. I've texted and emailed, with no response. Not sure why he'd want to waste time doing a site visit if he doesn't plan on issuing a bid?

Recently decided to replace my roof(s). Old ones had to be torn off. Also needed new gutters put on. It was a pretty big job. Got three bids from contractors. Decided on Ampro Builders for more than one reason. Bids were very close in cost. Ampro gave more than the rest for about the same cost. Also Ampro does not require any $$$ upfront while the others wanted 50% down. Made me nervous. Ampro did a great job and did it faster than I expected. Think of using them if you need a new roof.

We had them replace 10 widows in our house. Customer service and communication was good. The quality of work was great. They did a very good job on cleaning up after the Windows were installed. We had one issue were one of the windows was not delivered. But Kimi was quick to correct the problem and make it right

Contacted them to give a bid on a complete roof rebuild, with plans done by an architect. They showed up, looked at the plans. Said they would get back to me with a quote for the job. The next week I called 3 times and was told it looked like the job could be done by laborers, so they weren't interested.
