The weather changed and started getting rough but TriState roofing was on top. They kept my roof dry while 10 inches of snow laid on top. When the weather cleared they made a trip to my home to remove the snow to insure no leakage. They returned the next day and completed my roof installation. The job looks great though it was a tough one.

An excellent job and excellent price. We can finally sleep comfortably without worrying about our roof leaking anymore. Especially with our harsh Winters, we feel safer with a new roof over our heads. Allyn and Tiffany made a compelling presentation and a set our questions straight. VERY impressed with Allyn and Ryan who came out and gave us a quote. They spent time educating us on roofing systems and Tri-State Roofing. I really like that this company uses employees, and not subcontractors. This is a company that cares about the customer, the products that they use, and the expertise installation. Ok I was a client from tri state but they are a great decepcion, they sent you a canvasser to your door saying that they are doing a proyect closer to you they told me the same but it wasn't true. Also they told you that they like to give you an stimate free for see if they can make it affordable for you. But not. Nothing of that is true, I give them my info, and when they walked away from my door I ear them said I got that B.....t. Besides the Flyer that they give me was expired, pretty bad work I had prefered doit my self look made for beginners, also they told me 40 years on experience

Representative knocked on my door while working on a project down the street. That's fine, advertise your business when you're in a neighborhood. However, instead of kindly leaving a business card and a "think of us if you need some work!", he condescendingly pointed out a patch on our roof we are already addressing this season. When I indicated we were not interested, he decided to sneer at our windows and ask if we were ever planning on replacing them. Mark and Justin with Tristate were speedy and fair in their quote, and were clearly knowledgeable in their trade. The installation took only two-days for the whole home, and they were extremely respectful of our home and made sure to tidy up the areas that they worked in. The new windows look AMAZING and we are now enjoying the summer heat without extreme AC bills.

I had my house and detached garage's roofs replaced. A great experience from the initial phone call, a call to check in, to the follow up call after installation. Dan, the sales rep, went above and beyond. He took pictures of my roofs and pointed out some deficiencies. He walked me through the process of what they could do for me. And explained it all in layman's terms. The installers were equally professional and respectful of my plants and yard. They cleaned up at the end of each day and informed me of the time they would return the following day. And showed up at the time stated.
